Who Next For A Redesign

Which one of my Transformers OCs should be next up for a redesign? I'm having trouble picking who should be next so I'm going to let you guys pick.

Cherry Bomb and StrivingStorm were both originally designed back in early 2024 when I was learning to draw Transformers as for SwiftStrike she was designed back if February of this year (2025).

Cherry Bomb (red) alt mode is a 2015 Buick Enclave Limited

StrivingStorm (silver) alt mode is a 2024 Jeep Summit L Reserve

SwiftStrike (blue) alt mode is a 2008 Yamaha Grizzly 125cc Four-Wheeler

OC Redesign Moonstone

I just finished working on Moonstone's redesign/ref sheet! She is now ready for ArtFight YAYYYY! I'm actually in shock with how fast I got this done I normally dislike making ref sheets but I really enjoyed making this. I'll probably will start making my OC SwiftStrike's ref sheet next.

OC Redesign Dragonfly

I finally finished Dragonfly's redesign! I started working on this back in April but ended up getting really busy with finals in late April through early May so I had to wait before I could begin working on this again.

Originally Dragonfly was created around 2016 or 2017 on a free car game that was on the computer but never got around to actually draw her until just recently in 2024 (also kinda forgot about her).

She was originally supposed to be an Autobot that transformed into a car (can't remember what type it was anymore). I only really kept her original color palette and name everything else basically changed.

Canon Definitions

So essentially I began with Cybertronian units with explicit definitions in canon that are also widely used in fandom (ie. Vorn = 83 years, Joor = 6 hours, Groon = 1 hour). I then worked my way out from those and tried to keep to rough factors of 6/8/10.

Some terms that did have explicit canon definitions had to be slightly skewed from their value (ie. Breem: 8 → 6 minutes, Klik: 8 → 6 seconds) if their definition contradicted another definition that made more sense/fit better. 

At any rate, obviously no one is obligated to use this standard, but canon Transformers content has been unfortunately… awful at establishing any universal units of time, their relationship to each other, or their equivalents to human units of time.

So this occasionally makes fanfiction an absolute nightmare for people like me with a crap memory who don’t want to constantly have to scroll through a thousand pages of the wiki to remind themselves what the hell a groon is.

So, naturally, I simply spent far too long whipping up this at-a-glance guide to keep track of it & on the off chance that the fandom might adopt it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One of my friends gave me a drawing tablet so to test it out I decided to use Photoshop for this drawing.

The character I decided to draw for this drawing is my Legend of Zelda OC Mela! I haven't drawn her in awhile so I thought it was about time I drew her again.

Anyways I'm really happy with how this drawing turned out!

I might decide to redraw her reference sheet sometime soon. :)
