I think Klaus (the guy Lena was supposed to kill) is the guy who programmed Freddie...

1) He was clearly important enough for Lena to be told to kill

2) I'm not sure if we ever heard his last name, but his first name matches with KS, which are supposedly the initials of the programmer

3) Klaus is a German name, or at least widely used in Germany, and we know that Colin was looking for a German programmer

Addendum, I'm going to predict that we're going to meet a German character whose name doesn't align with the KS so we won't suspect him, only to turn out it's Klaus who's faked his identity (as he'd mentioned he could 'disappear')
