For years, I was beyond scared straight to talk to strangers whenever I attempted to photograph someone. I had this irrational fear of approaching a stranger, something that's not really present when I'm shooting videos. Before my India trip, I challenged myself to break this limiting mindset. One person at a time, I slowly began to intentionally approach subjects. When I took this first portrait, barriers started to crumble. It was liberating. #talktostrangers #travel #india

To every person who took the time to write, greet, call and message during my birthday. To each individual I exchanged looks with, smiles and stories along the way. To the weathered, seasoned and resilient bonds that stood the test of time. To the strangers that turned into even stranger, unexpected and inspiring friends. I'm blessed to have known you in my quarter of a century journey. Hopeful and faithful.
