Reminder
There is no shame in going into re-education. There is no danger in going into re-education. Re-education is often a necessary part of bringing peace, quiet, and harmony into one’s life.
There is no shame in letting the city help you. There is no shame in admitting you need help. If you are experiencing thoughts of leaving, thoughts of harm to yourself or others, or discomforting emotions, talk to your doctor to see if re-education is the right option for you.
This has been Allen Hathaway, Head of Re-education. Have a better day.

Interview with Doctor Francis Julien,Head of Android Design and Production.

Doctor Francis Julien (@doctor-francis),29, is a Mechanical Engineer at Battery City. His droid designs are some of the best in the City. I was tasked with interviewing him for KBLI, as well as for the new BLI radio-print series Positive Role Models of Battery City.
Hana Lizen: Let’s start. What exactly do you do Dr. Francis?
Dr. Francis Julien: As the head of the android production department, I design the inner workings and concepts for androids and run their production.
HL: What would you say is your least favorite part of your job?
DFJ: It can be disappointing to see androids flee to the zones, though the job, in general, is quite rewarding.
HL: So what would be the most enjoyable aspect of your work?
DFJ: The most enjoyable part of my work is seeing the androids my team has created go on to thrive. It always lifts my spirits to see droids become successful.
HL: On a more personal note, what made you want to pursue this career path?
DFJ: I've always been really interested in technology, ever since I was a little kid. I started working with programming as a teenager, and watching technology develop around me inspired me to become a part of that.
HL: Do you have any unrelated hobbies? What do you do in your free time?
DFJ: I do like to sketch. I spend a lot of my free time drawing the city skylines and other things I see in everyday life.
HL: What would you say to the children of battery City who want to join your field someday?
DFJ: Always keep pushing for more, the opportunities in this field will never run out.
HL: Is there anything else you'd like to say?
DFJ: This is a very rewarding field to become a part of, and I would encourage anyone considering pursuing it to do so. And thank you.
HL: Thank you!
