I had surgery last Friday and I am slowly recovering!! Once I feel well enough, I will start this blog in earnest!!

     Seifer Almasy wasn’t someone she was expecting to run into while visiting the town of Balamb. Selphie figured he would be off somewhere being a mercenary or still licking his wounds in some rundown bar in Dollet or Timber. Although, if she was honest with herself, she might still harbor a little ill will towards Seifer. After all, she hadn’t spoken to him at all even before she went back to Trabia to help rebuild.

    Well, there was no time like the present to get to know her former enemy, and Selphie felt enough years had passed for her to be on good terms with everyone!! Besides, no one can resist her natural, bouncy charm, and there was no way Seifer could be an exception to this fact. None at all!

     “Whatcha up to?” Selphie asks in a sing-songy tone as she approaches him. There was no way walking up behind Seifer could go wrong.

       With the years she had spent away from Balamb Garden Selphie had expected at least some noticeable changes, and yet everything still felt the same. Except for the stares and people turning to whisper, that was somethin’ she never could get used to. Still! She had one mission: Find Commander Leonhart.

    Realistically, he should be in his office, but after running into Xu, Selphie was able to cross his office off her list. Wandering around a little more, she supposes he could be away from the Garden, but she has a sneaking suspicious Squall was in the Training Center to get away from the monotony of being a commander. Or at least, that is how Selphie perceived his job. Sitting behind a desk was soooo not her thing!

     “You out of shape or just deep in thought?” Selphie calls out once she spots Squall sitting on a log in the Training Center, a big ol’ grin plastered on her face.
