I am really excited about today’s workout I ran 18.2 miles and average 10:27 per mile this is my longest run ever and average that mile time I’m pretty excited about I definitely feel like I could’ve gone the next 8 miles to complete the marathon distance and who knows possibly the 50 K distance today so I’m super excited to run my first 50 K in January #longrun#gotailwind #zerolimits #embracethespace #stingorbestung #runamerica #chaseadventure #rungoappambassador
