AN: I wrote this while still in the mindset of my Audio Drama class, so it is highly saturated with dialogue, which works well, given that the two of them are stuck in place. I wanted to play with the concept of being literally stuck with someone and see how that could play with their dynamics.

“A little,” Fox admitted, planting a kiss on her cheek before continuing to massage her shoulders and neck. “You’re such an easy target to spoil.” He continued planting kisses on Sucy’s cheek and jaw.

Fox sank his thumbs into Sucy's back, running them along her muscles while she worked. He hummed and pressed in soft, circular motions, breaking up whatever knots he found. He hummed while he worked, a songless tune, and stopped only to rest his head on her shoulder.

 Sucy tensed, only for a moment, before relaxing into his touch. Really, Fox was very good at this. Her magenta eyes fluttered shut, as it became impossible to keep focusing on the book she held, and sighed quietly as he wonderfully massaged her shoulders. Upon feeling him rest his head, the young witch opened her eyes and smiled in his direction.

 “Do you enjoy spoiling me?”

Sucy, in an act of boldness, laced her arms around Fox's neck and and met his lips with her own. As the young witch's eyes fluttered shut, she ran her fingers through his hair and kissed him sweetly. Her sharp teeth playfully nibbled at his bottom lip as she found herself becoming more and more daring. After all, Sucy wasn't one to usually initiate kisses let alone go this far with one; certainly not unpleasant. All too soon, the lilac haired girl ended this kiss softly, turned, and walked away.

Fox had been taking in every little detail of the kiss, as he kissed back, he wanted her to stay. He wanted to linger on everything, even just a moment more. But she was gone, and he was left standing there, mesmerized. He listened to the sound of her soft footsteps getting softer as she walked away and it registered that she was walking away before it registered that he should follow. He took a moment to jog and catch up before taking her hand in his, giving it a soft squeeze. “You are something else, you know that?”

 “A day simply dedicated to that?” She grimaced and shook her head sadly, truly thinking it sounded pathetic. “I suppose I will never understand the appeal of such a holiday. There are much more important ones to pay attention to, anyway.” Sucy was ignoring his last comment on purpose simply because she had no idea how to respond to it.

“I’m sure you’d much rather a fresh batch of dried guam or clover or some live newts.” Fox knew Sucy would much rather something more useful to her than a small trinket. “Which is why I brought you some supplies instead.” Fox offered the box to Sucy. “And not because of any stupid ritual. But because I had been collecting them over the course of the past month on my travels.”
