I service most of the Metro Atlanta counties, but after months of looking my clients decided to move a little farther out. They are a first time home buyer couple that I met about a year ago at my "Stop Renting Start Buying" Event. When we met they were already under contract with a builder. But, they went on to refer me several clients. At any rate after 2 contracts with builders and lenders that fell through, they hired me. I'm handling their financing also.They found another new build priced at $238K, we negotiated and we went under contract for $235K with 0 down and $3,000 towards closing cost and incentives from the builder. I received their loan approval today and we are on track to close at the end of the month.
