I was renting an apartment except it was actually a house and I got so stressed about rent that I wanted to cry, but I couldn't because it was a dream.

I'm going to finish Naïve!Jungwon this week but Toxic!Heeseung is stealing my attention. Know what I mean? Like you're at work then BAM, in your DMs there are 20 of his unhinged rambles and unsolicited but so fucking hot hung dick pics. He loves working the camera angles just to make sure you know how good he's gonna fuck you the next time he sneaks into your house while you're asleep. The man lives for 'surprising your pussy'. "It just hits different when you're not expecting me baby. Love to hear you scream."
Toxic!Heeseung, Toxic!Heeseung 2
To be continued...

The average monthly cost of renting a home in Canada surpassed $2,000 for the first time ever in November, according to a report released Wednesday.
The data shows that Canadian renters are dishing out an average of $2,024 every month to keep a roof over their heads. The figure covers all types of housing from bachelor apartments to detached homes.
That's up 12.4 per cent over last November, far outpacing Canada's inflation rate of 6.9 per cent.

Personally I think Gotham’s population would have skyrocketed after quarantine was over, like a bunch of kids just moving out and rent is insane in most cities and then there’s Gotham. CHEAP rent, the only cons is the constant toxic gas attacks from Joker and Scarecrow, mob territories wars, all the other crime. And I think that the 18-20somethings would brush that aside for and actually affordable apartment with a kitchen, living space, full bathroom, and bedroom that’s NOT the size of a closet. Image all the people that would see that and just move to Gotham.

Just realized apartments installing smartlocks is a physical form of ransomware. Withholding your rent until a maintenance repairs a major issue(which is your legal right), well we'll just remotely change your pin, or remove app connectivity from your phone(which also is another gross kettle of fish), until you comply. We're not evicting you, but you can't access your apartment until this issue is fixed, and it's going to have to go through a lot of bureaucratic bullshit in yhe mean time, so it'll be a while. Oh, what's this, you finally payed your rent, well what do you know, the forms just went through, here's your new pin.

I was idly considering how our local community could lower property prices and came up with the words “the airhorn van.” I think I might be onto something

The Rent Is Too Damn High: The Affordable Housing Crisis, Explained
When we first started Bitches Get Riches, Kitty and I planned to write a comprehensive guide for buying your first home. It’s a dauntingly big task, so we put it off because we are nothing if not lazy, procrastinatory ne’er-do-wells. But now we’ve scrapped the idea altogether, despite multiple requests. The housing market has changed so much since Kitty and I bought our homes that any wisdom we have to impart would be frighteningly out of date and out of touch—two things these elder millennials have vowed never to be!

Looking up the numbers on how much it takes to live alone in my area is very disheartening. I mean $53 an hour or over $60,000 annually to afford a 1 bedroom apartment? So everyone has to settle for toxic or awkward living situations just to exist down here wow okay makes a lot more sense now.
