Dry on the outside, dry on the inside!
Someone told me that a long time ago and it really suck out in my head, “Dry on the outside, dry on the INSIDE”
Made me start thinking…is there something to that?  Then I started noticing things about myself…that when I looked down at my skin and it was dryer than I wanted it to be, I had not drank enough water that day.  Sometimes I didn’t remember drinking water at all some days…oops.

If you are like me it is really hard to get out of bed and get going in the morning, especially to eat a good breakfast too. Here is one of my go-to’s for an easy on the go, out the door, breakfast.
