Psalm 65; Genesis 19 & MORE!
Gen 19:14 And Lot went out and said to his sons-in-law, who were married to his daughters, Come, let us go out of this place, for the Lord is about to send destruction on the town. But his sons-in-law did not take him seriously.
Source: https://bible.knowing-jesus.com/phrases/Let-Us/type/nasb I understand that sometimes we're warning people of what is to come and they don't take us seriously, but sooner or later the curtain is going to drop, the credits are going to scroll and we'll all stand before the judgement seat of CHRIST/Messiah/The Anointed ONE, giving an account of what we did and didn't do, according to GOD's Perfect WORD, Will & WAY! The natural man/human, cannot discern the things of The HOLY SPIRIT, which is why we have to have 'PASSION for SOULS' & PRAY that their eyes, mind and heart will be open to the things of GOD, before it's too late. Lot no sooner got The WORD from the angels to flee Sodom, he tried to round up his family, but only his wife and two daughters got out, before the total destruction of the area took place and even though they were warned not to look back, Lot's wife did and became a pillar of salt. Obedience always brings GOD's Blessings, but disobedience comes with consequences. Unfortunately, there are many confessing 'Christians,' who do not take GOD's WORD seriously! The Bible says, "He who endures to the end shall be saved." Paul the Apostle gave the image of the believers running the race, not just talking the talk or walking the walk, but actually running to win the prize. You got to be in it to win it, because Christianity is not a spectator sport, it's an all out war, so we have to put on the whole armor of GOD and be in the fight, which is a spiritual battle, that many times plays out in the real world. Again, as mentioned in previous writings, Lot comes out as a righteous man, but are we willing to go through the refiner's fire, having the dross removed and come forth as gold? HE Promises to get us through the fires and through the flood, we're not alone, HE will never leave or forsake us & HE, Who began a good work in you will complete it, so trust HIM, believe in, cling to and rely on HIM, because HE Is Faithful, even when we are not. PRAY that government efforts to stop the spread of Christianity will fail in Bhutan. Isaiah 54:17

We should instinctively have "PASSION for SOULS," wishing that none would perish and wanting to see them set free from their captivity, whatever the struggle they're going through, but many times GOD is going to use us to be the help they need, because what everyone needs is JESUS/Yeshua/Salvation, so 'LET US' ALL Seek & Save the lost, preach, teach and heal, because JESUS says, "Just As The FATHER Sent ME, So I AM Sending YOU!" Yes it's a tremendous responsibility, but GOD Is With Us ALWAYS/Immanuel/Emmanuel (literally, 'With Man [meaning humankind] Is GOD), so whom shall we fear? PRAY that members of Boko Haram and other Islamic terrorist groups will repent and place their faith in CHRIST in Nigeria, Africa. JESUS, We Thank YOU that YOU experienced thirst on The Cross for us, and that we can trust in YOU to Provide, for we ASK (Ask, Seek & Knock) in Your Most HOLY NAME. John 4:13-14

Some might say, it seems like a very hospitable town, but the word used for 'know' here is an intimate knowing. Now, the good side of that would have been like Adam who came to 'intimately' know Eve, but this was strictly sexual lust and debauchery. This is why we need to be spiritually discerning, knowing right from wrong, not based on our own opinions or so called morals or the acceptable norms of our day, but any form of sex outside of marriage is fornication and sin, in The Eyes Of GOD, so HE sent these angels to warn Lot and his family that judgement was coming on this region and they need to get out of Dodge! The Gospel of John was specifically written, so that we would come to 'intimately' know GOD. HE is The Bridegroom and we are HIS Bride, it's a marriage covenant and if we're born-again, we have a seat at The Supper Of The LAMB. JESUS/Yeshua/Salvation is coming back to war, to judge the living and the dead, which is why we should have a 'PASSION for SOULS,' because our Heavenly FATHER wishes that none would perish and ALL would come! Our enemy is roaming around like a lion, looking to devour, his MO is to steal, kill and destroy, so be on the lookout, WATCH & PRAY. PRAY that the 4% of Guineans who identify as Christians will be bold in their witness among the 88% Muslim majority in Guinea. PRAY that the confiscated Bibles ni Famagusta will be returned and distributed in time to those most in need in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. READ, Meditate & PRAY over the issues plaguing our society today, regarding the above scripture verse, Psalms 23 & 91; "The LORD's/Disciple's PRAYER," from Matthew 6:5-13 & Luke 11:1-4 + JESUS' John 17 PRAYER fr The Church to be ONE. Paul and Barnabas, Paul and Mark, are just some of the separations in the New Testament. We don't know if Barnabas and Paul ever reconciled, although I don't see how they couldn't have, but we know from GOD's WORD that Mark and Paul were reunited for ministry later on. We are told to be at PEACE/Shalom with ALL men or ALL humans, 'as much as we can be,' but sometimes things just don't work out the way we want them too, but we have to trust that GOD is working ALL things together for our good, for those who LOVE GOD & are Called, according to HIS Purposes! Either way, the land is before us for the taking, because we're to take ground for The Kingdom, by having 'PASSION for SOULS' and aligning ourselves with GOD's WORD, Will & WAY, in obedience, so we can bless HIM and the world that we live in. In spite of the rest of the story, in reference to the above verse in scripture, The Bible tells us that Lot was a righteous man, you and I are The Righteousness Of GOD, In CHRIST/Messiah/The Anointed ONE and are here to bring the gospel to the ends of the earth, so "LET US" PRAY/ASK The LORD/Yahweh of the harvest for more workers, because the harvest is ripe for the picking in this present world of darkness and it's our job to Shine The LIGHT, bringing The Essence Of CHRIST Everywhere we GO! PRAY, because the Moroccan government restrict Christian fellowship. PRAY that believers will find more ways to meet in Morocco. ASK for the Christians in Iraq to stand firm In The LORD and not to be intimidated by extremists.
