Carne en su jugo

Ingredientes

1 Lb de Tenderloin (lomo con diezmillo) cortado en cuadritos

4 a 6 tiras de tocino

1/4 Lb de frijol cocido (aprox. 4 cups)

2 dientes de ajo, molido.

Sal y pimienta al gusto 

Una latita o frasco de salsa verde Herdez (o de la que haya)

2 tbsp cebolla blanca

Tocino (opcional, si ya lo tienes)

1/2 tsp Orégano 

Cilantro, cebollín y limón para acompañar

Knor Suiza, un cubito

Herramientas

Olla, cuchara

Instrucciones

Cortar el tocino y la carne en cuadritos. En una olla, fríe el tocino para aprovechar la grasa que libera. 

Aparta el tocino y ahí mismo agregas cortadita la carne, la salpimientas y la fríes poquito. En cuanto cambie el color de la carne de rojo a café le agregas los dos dientes de ajo triturado y fríes. 

Hasta que esté frita  la carne, agregas poquita cebolla picada en cuadritos (como dos cucharadas).

Sigue revolviendo hasta que la cebolla esté como cristalina (acitronada, así se le llama)

Le agregas la salsita verde y luego el frijol

Revuelves por dos minutos, agregas el caldito del frijol, agregas el cubo de pollo, agregas el orégano seco, dejar hervir y ya!

Nota.- si no utilizas tocino, solo fríes la carne salpimentada en poquito aceite y luego agregas la cebolla y lo demás como sigue  Mi Reyna espero que te quede muy buena! Como me queda a mi milinda!!

If she whispers in your ear, listen closely. It means she trusts you enough to share her secrets. 

Words travel far and fast. Don’t say anything that could awake the spirits. 

She has a strong temperament and gets angry easily. Make sure to always be nice to her, you don’t want to be on her bad side.

If she is talking to thunder, leave them alone. They don’t want you to hear. 

When she greets you with a breeze the following morning, pretend you didn’t hear them. 

A sudden draft is always a bad omen. 

Never, ever, complain about her. She will remember.
