Patrolman Thomas J. Duggan Sr. (pictured right) was in plain clothes and on his way to court when a car passing onto Broadway St. nearly hit him. The car stopped at a red light at the next corner. The officer pulled up behind the car of William Rodriguez (pictured left) and Doris Ortiz. After Duggan exited the vehicle, identifying himself as a police officer, Doris Ortiz jumped out the passenger seat, hitting and pushing him into Lowell St. Then Rodriguez got out of the car wielding an aluminum softball bat, smacking it in his hand as he approached the officer. Because it was broad daylight, and on a busy downtown street where kids were walking home from school, and pedestrians were walking close by, Officer Duggan pulled out his gun and ordered Rodriguez to put down the bat while he backed up into a vacant lot. Duggan matched every advancing step by the perpetrators with a step back, luring them away from the innocent bystanders and into the vacant lot in case he had to shoot his weapon. Then suddenly, Ortiz grabbed Duggan’s hands. The officer fired once, with the bullet grazing her neck and then twice, but the gun had jammed the second time he attempted to fire it. The suspect then raised the bat and proceeded to beat the officer to death right in front of all the witnesses nearby. After the deed was done, the two drove off, leaving him to die in the dirt and went to a nearby hospital to treat Ortiz’s superficial gun wound. But as he stopped into the parking lot, he was captured by police and taken into custody. Eventually, the two were let off under a technicality.

Jon Schillaci aka Dylan Thomas was sentenced to 20-50 years in prison in 2009 on outstanding charges of molesting a 5-year-old boy in New Hampshire in 1999 as well as for child pornography charges. He was the founder of BoyChat and served as a DJ on Sure Quality Radio. He has also been associated with the Wikipedia campaign. Prior to his arrest, he was a top 10 fugitive on the FBI’s Most Wanted list in 2007-08.

Matthew Fox, a DJ on Sure Quality Radio, a pedophile podcast on the internet, was sentenced to life in prison for molesting young boys in Florida. He also participated in the Pedologues podcast and was active on gaming sites where children were known to frequent. He was known as Divinaw online.

David Delaine Liberty was sentenced to serve 36 years in prison. Liberty is due to serve 12 years in prison for promoting child pornography to be served consecutively to three terms on eight counts of possession of child pornography. He has a criminal past including possession of child pornography and jogging near a middle school wearing only shoes and diapers. He was known as ddlibnkc on BoyMoment and Boylandonline. Online, he has admitted to having oral sex with children and has made mention of three potential victims, ranging in age from ages 2 - 10. He has also mentioned three other children by name, however it is unknown if he has committed ant illegal acts with them. He also mentioned having a 400+ DVD collection of “boyflicks” and openly states that he is addicted to the internet, boys and pornography.

Benjamin Sean Rzadca was sentenced to 22 years in prison in 2009 for filming young boys at a reacreation center. He was also sentenced to four years for exposing himself to children. He was known as dannywyatt or ioiov on BoyChat and other pedophilia forums. In 2003, Rzadca, then a marine, was sentenced to five years for child pornography offenses and committing an indecent act in the presence of a child. He was released in 2006 and immediately began posting on pedophiliac online forums. He wven mentioned that chemical castration did not hinder him from his attractions.

Charles Lawrence Carr (aka CharlieEatIt) is a sex offender who was wanted by the police for failing to register for second degree sexual assault in 1999 and possibly 2002. He has been on the run from police since at least June 21st, 2010. He was living in the woods with other members of the Rainbow Family, most of whom do not have access to the internet and thus no knowledge of his crimes. Several people who knew him were afraid of him and have been afraid to go to police with this information. He was wanted in El Paso County, Colorado for failing to register as a sex offender. He travels all over the country and has access to thousands of women and children. Charles Carr also goes to many concerts across the country.

On November 17, 2011, he was arrested in Arizona and extradited back to Colorado.

Charles Soderman was arrested in April 2009 after being captured by ICE agents at the Mexico border carrying condoms, lubricant and children’s toys with the intent of having sex with young boys in Mexico. He was communicating with an undercover agent online about how he could book a trip to the decoy child sex tourist firm. Soderman told the undercover agent that he had sex with juveniles on multiple occasions and preferred boys between ages 6 - 14.

He was also known as Chaos online and was a user of BoyTalk since it’s earliest days. He was also a member of BoyBliss since the beginning and served as moderator on the BoyBliss forums as well.

In October 2011, Jonathan Radliffe was sentenced to 60 months supervised probation, fines, DNA testing, compliance with sex offender registration statutes and 90 days of electronic monitoring for 2nd degree sexual assault (sexual contact with a child under 14). He must also undergo sexual abuse therapy at his own expense and must follow all recommendations made by the therapist. Some of the conditions of his probation are:

He may not drink alcohol or go to any place which serves alcohol

No illegal substances

Must not associate with other felons or others who are breaking the law

Cannot own any fire arms

Must not leave the state of Illinois without permission

May be searched at any time

If the court revokes his probation, he could be jailed for 20 years.

He was known on both Christian Boylove Forum, Girlchat, TkGL and Visions of Alice as “Catalyst of Change”. He had a blog which was later shut down by an anti-pedophile group and listed his heroes as the pedophiles 28 and Lindsay Ashford.

As a child, he did not socialize with other children and by age 14 he noticed he had pedophile tendencies for kids as young as 7. He had many struggles and family issues during high school, which lead to him getting a GED and graduating from college. It was there where he learned about the online childlove communities. During his late teens, he received treatment and counseling for various mental health problems, but stopped seeing his therapist after they learned of his pedophilic tendencies. Feeling betrayed, that was where he searched online for acceptance and would begin writing about it in classes and contacting legislators.

On his now-defunct Myspace, he wrote:

“As some of you may know, I have a MySpace account that I use to reach out to various people through groups and forums and the writings of my blog. I have made several friends who are aware of my attraction to minors and still choose to be my friend, disproving all of the strongly held notions that no 'normal' person (read: non-minor attracted person) can accept a pedophile. That is what I love about MySpace. All kinds of people have the opportunity to come together in the sort of friendship that allows people to learn and grow from each other--people that might not have a chance to come together otherwise.”

He claims to be open about his pedophilia to family and friends, who accept him for his attractions.

In the past, he was questioned by the police for stalking and was a student at the Southwestern Illinois College, ran an online jewelry store and continues to be a pedophilia activist.

Also according to him, he has dated underage girls:

“I had a girlfriend who was eleven when we first started going out. At the present date she is seventeen, and yet that attraction still exists (although we are no longer together). It should be known, however, that she is quite small for her age: small in frame, small bust size, etc. Still, my feelings for her have not changed from her growing up--in fact, quite the opposite seems to have happened. As we have grown older, I feel as though my AoA has extended right along with her.”

“The main reason that I am committed to living an open life, however, is because I have lived the hidden one. I have had many LGfs who thought the world of me, many parents that seconded their opinions, many teachers that believed I was their brightest student, and many bosses who told me that I would rise to the top. None of this has made me happy. Having LGs to care for, while certainly a worthwhile investment, only made me feel cheated as an individual. Cheated by the people around me that didn't understand the simplicity and depth of our interaction, or by people who couldn't get to know me, so that I wouldn't jeopardize my relationship with the LG.

At the same time, we have no voice. No voice in politics, or in the media, or even in the everyday people around us to tell them that we are NOT monsters, we will NOT give up the right to our freedoms, and we will CERTAINLY not let them continue to violate our us as human beings. I am not narcissistic enough to think that I am the answer, but I am willing to play a part. I know that if I want freedom, I must do what I can to aid it.”

He is also a member of the ACLU and once wrote a speech showing pedophilia in a positive light for his speech class.

Nathanael Ryan Greene (aka Boy-lover-44), was a user of pedophilia forum Boy Moment, and who had an attraction to little boys feet. Online, he actively tried to pursue underage boys on websites like Bebo, Hi5 and Multiply, and had a “YF” (meaning Young Friend) at his local church whom he groomed. He was eventually arrested and convicted of Sexual Exploitation of a Child less than 18 in Kansas.

Kevin T. Morrissey (aka Boimatt) was arrested on January 12th, 2012 after a high speed chase with police on an outstanding warrant for possession of obscene materials. He crashed into a car in the parking lot of a hospital before getting out, cutting his neck and stabbing his leg with a knife before handing himself over to police. His injuries were not life threatening.

Morrissey was a moderator at Boy Moment, where he had over 1,800 postings to his name.

In 2009, Donald Boles accessed a password-protected child pornography website using an email address. In September 2010, FBI agents messaged him to sign up for an undercover FBI sting website that purports to offer free access to child potnography. Suspects directed to the site are required to log-in with an email address and a password unique to the email, then they are directed to several links from which to download, and when they click the links, a video file appears to load, but never does. The site records the suspect’s internet protocol (IP) address, the video link they attempted to access, and the number of downloads they attempted. In September 2011, police executed a search warrant in his house where they found 140 images of child pornography. He was indicted on one count of possession of child pornography in 2014 and found not guilty of attempting to access online files containing child pornography in 2016. In 2017 he was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison.

Harold Spurling (aka Aztram) and Jeffrey Brisson (aka The Night Raven) were arrested in New Britain, Connecticut and charged with risk of injury to a minor, illegal sexual contact and four counts of first-degree sexual assault. Investigators found photographic and video evidence of the two sexually assaulting children on the hard drive of their computer, with the youngest being a 3-month-old baby (who was sadly present inside the apartment) and the oldest being 14 years old (who had been their victim for 8 years). Brisson pleaded guilty to several counts of first-degree sexual assault and three counts of risk of injury to a minor. Spurling faced 60 related charges. Eventually, Spurling was sentenced to 40 years in prison and 20 years of special parole while Brisson received a 45 year sentence. Police investigated their apartment after a local middle school received an anonymous tip that pedophiles were operating nearby. It is believed that there may have been many more victims involved. Also notable for being the two developers of the LBLogo (little boy lovers) (seen below).

Jonathan Johnson aka “Jizzony” on BoyMoment, a pro-pedophilia website, was arrested in June 2008 after members of pedophilia watchdog group “Evil Unveiled” contacted authorities alerting them of his online posts regarding his access to underage boys. During an interview with channel 6 news in Omaha, Nebraska, he remarked that “having sex with a child is wrong (...) because of what is happening to all of our lives now,” and when asked by a reporter whether or not he thought he was a monster he replied “no, I don’t think I’m a monster.” He was sentenced between 20 to 40 years in prison for the molestation of 4 different boys between ages 11 - 15 in March of 2009.

On October 9, 2009, 24-year-old FTM transsexual Jack Jay Kaiser attempted to enroll as a 15-year-old schoolboy at Marion High School in Illinois. Suspicious school officials contacted the FBI where they then learned the true identity of the suspect.

Kaiser, originally Jennifer May of Sacramento, California, was known on pro-pedophilia websites Boy Moment and boylove(.)net as “Jack” and “LyricalCancer” on another pro-pedophilia website called Global-Unity.
