So this is breakcore (as I was told) and maybe some people think is just noise and just a bit of rave vibes, but for me is something relaxing or something that gives me ambiance. It’s from Japan, from like 1998 with the boom of electric music. If you would like to know how does it sound, just give it a try.

El termino de música urbana nace en el siglo pasado y se crea en Estados Unidos para hablar de manera despectiva sobre la música latinoamericana y la música afroamericana, tiempo después se la conoce como todo genero que este cantado por artistas latinos, principalmente engloba tres géneros que son el reggaeton, hip hop y el trap pero con el paso del tiempo se han ido agregando otros como son el pop en español, baladas, bachata y se ha ido agrandando esta definición que une varios estilos de música y crea una perspectiva diferente.

My favorite singer is Lana del Rey. She has something that I don't know. The first time I listened to her was when I was 12. The TV was on MTV, It seems like fate that I got into the room and I was shocked by her voice. Since then, I have never stopped listening to her music.

Rap & Hip Hop Music

El rap es un género musical que tiene su origen en la cultura del hip hop. En este género además del ritmo, se da mas importancia al mensaje que se transmite a través de este. Normalmente se hace con un círculo rítmico que pasa a segundo plano cuando el rapero empieza a recitar sus letras. El rap es representativo de la cultura al incluir protestas sociales y mensajes anti-sistemas en sus canciones. Yo considero que la música es una forma de expresión maravillosa que nos permite exponer nuestras ideas y sentimientos, por ello el rap es uno de mis géneros favoritos al momento de liberar mis ideales.

El rap me parece excepcional debido a que los artistas de éste género visualizan temas reales que suceden en la sociedad, se inspiran de lo que les rodea y se animan a expresarlo a través de la lírica. Entre los artistas que más me gustan de este género están Eminem, Eazy E, Ice Cube, 2pac y Canserbero.

Rock y Metal lml

Rock has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It was normal that in my house, bands like Guns N' Roses, Queen, Kiss or Nirvana, were heard at full volume. That's why my taste for this musical genre was growing day by day, getting to know all the rock subgenres that exist and leading me to know Metal and its derivatives.

So, one day I found someone who would become my greatest idol and exponent within this genre of heavy sounds and lyrics, the Industrial Metal band, Marilyn Manson, which not only caught my attention for its music and lyrics, but also for its philosophy and its performance on stage.

Since then, I haven't been able to separate myself from this fabulous musical genre. It not only has helped me manage my stress and control my anger, but it has also helped me in developing my abstract thinking and creative skills. I also discovered that the lyrics of metal or rock songs don't always have to be strong or aggressive, because they can also be poetic, encourage self-improvement, a form of protest without violence or tell stories through music.

So now I invite you, dear reader, to give a chance to this wonderful musical genre, that can take you on the craziest adventures and can also become a way to let off steam and escape from reality for a moment.

Este álbum es una maravilla

This is "浮遊空間" (1983), transcribed as Fuyü-Kükan, by Tomoko Aran (亜蘭知子). What an energetic record! This music makes you feel really free, it's impossible to stay calm while listening to this album. I would describe it as anxious J-electronic/dance-pop. Let's introduce ourselves to it.

The first track, "Body to Body", is an electropop piece where Tomoko sings about unbridled love, an incredible catchy track. Another groovy song is "ひと夏のタペストリー", a very fun track with a total '80s sound. I would recommend it like a good song to start with Tomoko Aran's discography. Her most acclaimed song is "Midnight Pretenders", a beautiful piece that captures that city pop vibe, more calmed down and amorous; it seems like if Tomoko was singing to us from an intimate place. Unfortunately, we find tracks like "Lonely Night" or "ジ•レ•ン•マ" that don't transmit anything and that I always skip. The exception is "しゃくな", a song that I think it has a very Japanese style; it's simple, like a daily life-track, it could work perfectly as an elevator song. The last song on the album is the beautiful "Baby, Don't You Cry Anymore", an emotional piano ballad that I will never get tired of, the jewel of the record. Just Tomoko's voice and, the piano, it will move you to tears.

"浮遊空間" is not the perfect album and it may not be Tomoko's most cohesive body of work, but it has some very nice songs that make it a good record. If you want to non-stop dance, this is definitely your album.
