I’ve been making a lot of lore posts as of late and I don’t have any art to make any more introduction posts ( although I might just do it anyways ) because I am actually insane about Bloodsoaked Contract like ALL THE TIME like you guys don’t understand HELP

I wanna yap about a lot of things but they are unfortunately spoilers 💔 because I am insane and I have nothing else to talk about that isn’t spoilers I will very likely just be posting old art or beta designs and talking about it here before I make more art

Introducing… Cain Apate. ( He/Him )

Cain Apate is one of two protagonists of Bloodsoaked Contract and a participant in The Eden Organization’s side of the recruitment game. Cain Apate is only well-known for the fact of his riches and general support for TEO, but not much else. This is the first time he’s publicly shown his face, and he mostly keeps to himself throughout the game.

However, the other protagonist, and participant on the Coalition of Chaos’ side, Émile Dion seems to instantly recognize Cain. And Cain recognizes him. The two have a past shrouded in mystery, although it is clear that they were once in love. Cain tries to keep his distance from Émile, although his success at this varies by route.

Cain himself is very outwardly stoic, but is steadfastly focused on his mission, which goes against the goals of the recruitment game entirely. Cain keeps most of his emotions bottled up inside, but has a lot of them, and they change at a rate he can’t even keep up with. It’s clear that the man has some sort of past that has made him the person he is today. But he is staunchly determined, and a master at impersonation and deception, all for his mission, which he views as important above all else.

He won’t even let his supposedly backstabbing ex-boyfriend get in his way.

Also Cain ref is coming soon… gonna tweak his design some!!! He also desperately needs an intro post because he is quite literally 1/2 of the protagonists for the game WHEJNS

I’ll probably also share some of the beta designs for the sillies cuz these 3 are pretty much the only ones out of my OCs who have beta designs. ( for context: Mala and Ophelia are the oldest of my OCs for this project because back in the day BC was a roleplay on discord 😭 Cain was my first character made after me and Rainy switched the project over to a game. )
