Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup crushed pretzels. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/4 cup crushed candy canes. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 1/4 cup water.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until well combined. Fold in crushed pretzels and white chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top of the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing into bars.

Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup stout beer. 1 cup crushed pretzels. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Over medium heat, mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. For about 5 minutes, stir the mixture until the sugar and cocoa powder are completely mixed in and it's hot all the way through. Take it off the heat and add the stout beer. Allow the mixture to cool all the way down. After the mixture has cooled, put it in an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions. When the machine is almost done churning, add the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. After churning the ice cream, put it in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze it for about 4 hours or overnight, until it is firm.
