Instructions: Over medium heat, mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a saucepan. For about 5 minutes, stir the mixture until the sugar and cocoa powder are completely mixed in and it's hot all the way through. Take it off the heat and add the stout beer. Allow the mixture to cool all the way down. After the mixture has cooled, put it in an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions. When the machine is almost done churning, add the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. After churning the ice cream, put it in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze it for about 4 hours or overnight, until it is firm.

Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. There should be a lot of ground hazelnuts, flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and salt in the bowl. Mix them all together well. Make little balls out of the dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put your thumb in the middle of each ball to make a hole. Put the cookies in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set. Take them out of the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Slowly bring the coconut milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Take it off the heat and mix in the chocolate chips until they are smooth and melted. Add the Kahlua and mix it in. Put some Kahlua ganache into each thumbprint hole. Wait until the ganache is set before you serve it.
