DYING AND CRYING B/C THIS RELATIONSHIP NOOO OKAY. So like I think that Jesse, as a kid, would just kinda roll his eyes and be like "yo, why do you care?" And basically be like ~no to everything Rick says b/c ~cops. But I think as he gets older and like is more and more isolated from everyone and has like ZERO GOOD RELATIONSHIPS OKAY LIKE HIS MOST SUPPORTIVE THING IS LIKE THIS REALLY MESSED UP RELATIONSHIP WITH MR. WHITE AND NOOOOO. Like, I think he'd be like "whoa this guy isn't bullshitting me" like I feel like he'd really respect Rick and want to make his proud, weirdly, but at the same time when he realizes this he's so much deeper into all of this than he realized and he can't just get out and I'M GOING TO GO JUMP OFF A CLIFF NOW.
OOC | Rick & Jesse
JESSSSSEEEEEEE I just hurt so much rn for him lkadjfkldsjalkjfkldjsaklfjkjsad OK ANYWAY. So does Rick, in his way. YOU HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL, KID, BUT YOU’RE ON A BAD PATH. IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO TURN IT AROUND. RICK BELIEVES IN YOU. = the jist of everything Rick says to him

Mr. Gold was no stranger to Jesse. He wasn't a stranger to anyone in this town. You knew who he was and he knew who you were. And if you were smart, you kept your head down and stayed clear.
Still, Gold seemed surprised to see Jesse. He had seen that look enough to know what it meant; although he rarely saw it when selling drugs. It was clear that Mr. Gold wasn't expecting to see someone like him as his provider. Perhaps he had heard how pure the chemistry was and if Badger had said that he was meeting the cook, himself, he would have expected someone else. He could tell that when Gold looked at him, all he saw was a no-good druggie who had no business with someone like him.
Jesse leaned in closer.
"Hey, do I have to spell it out for you?" He said, in a loud whisper, "I got your ... stuff .... " He paused looking over his shoulder to make sure Luke wasn't hanging nearby, "Your crystal, okay."
He paused, watching Luke go back into the kitchen, "You've got the money? It's 175 for a teenth so this'll set you back about 250 big ones."

'Yeah, my aunt was the worst. Like she wouldn't even go out on the beach like fifty years later, because she was terrified of the seagulls.” It still hurt to talk about his aunt: she had been the one of the few people in Jesse's life who ever thought he was worth something. Her illness had been both a blessing and a curse, because Jesse had finally been able to find that out for himself.
Jesse wasn’t sure how to answer that question. The truth was, he didn’t exactly associate with any parents of the year. If you looked at his friends, you wouldn’t want kids hanging around any of them. But that didn’t mean that there weren’t great parents out there, too. He immediately thought of Mr. White who was willing to go so far as to cook crystal meth to leave something for his family after he was gone.
"This place? I mean, I think it’s pretty much like anywhere else. It’s not perfect, but hey, where is? But basically, I think we do alright here. Gotta pretty decent school system - the teachers really care even about the screwups like me," He said, smirking, "Plus if the kid's smart, Chilton's supposed to be the bomb. Like get into Harvard good." He paused, "A lot of the rich people have sticks up their asses or like totally insane - like don't go within an inch of anyone with the last name Bluth - but the middle class is good. There's a lot of hardworking, decent people here. I think it'd be a great place to raise a kid."
He didn't understand why she was asking - he thought it was merely to reaffirm that this was a good place for her to raise her child and the question about people here being good parents, probably related to what kind of kids her's would grow up around. And while he never fit into the world of his parents, he felt that they were good people who were burdened with a problem child and this young woman were to settle down in a nice house in a good part of town, that she'd truly have a good life here.

Crystal Blue Persuasion | Gold & Jesse
"This guy will blow your mind, man," Badger said, "For real, yo. Like he's one of those real uptight guys with a huge stick up his ass, but man, he likes to party. He's also totally loaded, like he'll throw down some serious cheddar for this stuff. Just up the price like 1G per pound and he won't even notice. It's like money just grows on trees for this guy."
"Alright, bitch!" Jesse replied, "So where do I find this guy? Where does he want to meet?"
"He said the corner dinner, the one with the guy who doesn't believe in the future."
"What?"
"You know the one that bans cellphones and iPods and everything that was invented after 1962. C'mon, you know the guy who owns like one shirt."
"Oh, you mean Luke's."
"Yeah, that one. Anyway, this guy will be there at 11:30 in a booth by himself. Apparently he's mega obsessed with that Tarantino movie and goes by a color name. Like Brown or White or ... something."
"Like ... Gold?" Jesse didn't know Mr. Gold, but he definitely knew who he was. And while Badger was describing someone who you wouldn't think would be involved in drugs, he definitely didn't picture Gold as someone who, even on the weekends, let loose and party hard with some crystal blue. But who was he to deny him?
Jesse was sitting at one of the back booths at Luke's. It wasn't until 2:30 that Gold actually showed up (Jesse only waited the extra time because of the huge amount of crystal he had on him - he wanted to dump and go - plus he wasn't about to upset Gold, either).
Gold seemed to be looking for someone, but his eyes passed quickly over Jesse as if he didn't even register his presence. Jesse wondered if Gold was knew at this, because he doubted that the other two customers in here - a mother with two toddlers and that geeky paper salesman - were dealing drugs.
Repressing a roll of the eyes, Jesse said in a loud whisper, "Yo, Mr. Gold." Once he had his attention he wasn't sure he wanted it - this guy had a pretty intimidating stare, "Uh, hey, I, uh, thought we could, uh, talk some business."

ALSKJDFLKASJD;LAKJSDFLKJ OKAY JUST THE FACT THAT WE CAN COMBINE TWO OF MY FAVORITE FANDOMS ON THE LOCATION OF ANOTHER JUST MAKES ME SOOO HAPPY LIKE ALKDJFLKAJ;ALSJDFLJ
Also, idek know about these two either?? Like I can see it going either way b/c ~wow. I really think it depends how they meet each other/what kind of weird things they are both up to (bc they both are up to weird things a lot haha). Oh! Didn't you have an idea where Dean was thinking he was meeting some hunter and Jesse thought he was meeting a client or distributor or something and like they are both just really confused and like "wait, what?????" when they realize that they are not who they thought, haha. Like Dean will be like "oh, you are a drug dealer" and Jesse will be like, "oh, you are psycho." ;DDDD
OOC | Dean & Jesse

Jesse's brow furrowed for a second; the name sounded familiar but it couldn't place it immediately. "Oh right, that's the guy who did the weird movies with the birds? Scared me for two weeks straight when I was a kid."
He looked over his shoulder quickly at the office, where Norma Bates was busy at work. She hadn't peered out the window at the newcomer yet, at least from what Jesse could see, but he was sure she'd be out in a moment to pounce on a potential customers and if that happened, than Claire would have a hard time getting away. Norma could be pretty persuasive when she wanted to be and honestly, there was something about her that kinda scared Jesse and he had met some crazy people.
Taking another step closer to her, he said in a low voice, "Hey, I'd hit up the Independence Inn. It's like two minutes away and closer to town. And, uh, the people there are pretty friendly. It's just, uh, well the lady that runs this can be a total bitch.
