So, you push yourself to your limits, will every cell in your body to do this one thing right, you sweat and bang your fist down on the table in frustration too, sometimes. But then you pick up your bow again, because you know that you can beat yourself. You have to.

 Just look at how happy she is. After leaving her Californian hometown back in 2005, Liz Clark has been in a state of perpetual happiness. Sailing around the world in her sailboat cum home Swell, Liz likes to routinely stop by and help out all the environmental organisations she can.

She travels alone with her first- mate, Amelia:
