The lack of Charpim in the tags during Pride of all months is just embarrassing from this fandom, so I have to step in and fix that, so here are some messy/chaotic Charpim HCs.

During a date night-in, Charlie and Pim dared each other to a Mr. Frog drinking game where for everytime Mr. Frog ate the bug, they’d both drink straight from a bottle of extra-volume vodka containing twenty ghost peppers soaking at the bottom of the bottle…the next day both of them where strung up a tree and they woke up to Alan bitching at them about the fact that they where so late for work and that he had to take over for them in their absence.

Charlie surprising Pim on Valentine’s Day by inviting him to a rented hot tub, and Pim surprising Charlie back by wearing a bikini custom-printed with little grinning Charlie heads. “That’s uh…one way to tell someone you love them.”

Pim will affectionately squeeze Charlie’s nose, making a comedic “honk” sound, and Charlie will hide his face with his hoodie while grumbling with a muffled, bashful tone.

Charlie invites Pim to a romantic gondola ride…but the thing is Charlie doesn’t know how to steer a boat so Pim had to demonstrate how to use paddles…aaand then Pim freakin’ lost both of the paddles somehow. They took this convenient-inconvenience as an excuse to cuddle and make out until help came (and when we say “help”, we mean a bashful Mr. Boss who was called in earlier but when he arrived, he wondered if it was bad timing on his end).

Charlie makes an elaborate pile of deluxe grilled-cheese sandwiches with all the fixings and Pim made an elaborate deep-dish dessert from scratch. Since both parties refused to wash all the dishes they both made, they made a bet who could stuff their face with the most grub with the loser having to wash everything. It was a tie but neither of them felt like getting up to clean anything so they settled it by agreeing they’d wash the dishes together in the morning….yeah, like those two dumbasses should have already decided upon in the first place!

In regards to the Charzoey/Charpim contrast, Zoey is definitely the “Betty” to Pim’s “Veronica” and Charlie’s “Archie”. Zoey is pretty sensible and easy-going as she often brings Charlie back down to earth when he’s on another one of his adrenaline rushes and willing to call him out when he’s being too aloof. Pim, on the other hand will happily egg-on the hijinks by encouraging Charlie to go on an after-work adventure with him and is a little too good at fulfilling the role of the “Clingy Jealous Guy” (in a cute and somewhat-harmless while shamelessly petty way).
