Stuart was a bit overwhelmed at how fast Jason advanced to meet him, but it was almost a breath of fresh air seeing his face again. It'd been weeks since they'd last spoke and man, did Stuart need to speak to him. He held up a finger, setting down the gift momentarily to take off his jacket and tie it around his waist.
"First of all, I've missed you too. I love Erica and all, but I need company of the same gender every once in a while.. I mean, I have Stiles and Jordan but I need a break sometimes." He leaned closer and feigned a whisper. "We all know there's no such as replicating best friend relationships." He nudged his arm and continued. "Second of all, before we get to this," he shook the gift with raised brows, "we need to catch up."
