Not much is known about the Penaconian, except that he is part of the Masked Fools. An eccentric entertainer who gets a thrill out of the shock and awe he displays

He goes around proclaiming that he is an Emanator of Elation, but it's unknown if that is true or not. He has the confidence of someone who could be one, but in reality, he is not. The Aeon of Elation is aware of Marnin's lies, and instead of punishing him, they observe and watch to see how long Marnin can keep up the facade If someone demands that he showcase his Emanator powers, Aha will temporarily give him the authority, and once Marnin can convince the other, Aha will revoke it. This happens a lot and even Marnin is unsure of he is the Emeantor or not.

A Spotted Hyena Beast Therin that is associated with the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team as his group is responsible with Rescue Missions for those lost in the hollow, especially young children.

In his youth, the character was a carefree and aggressive person, but as time passed, he became a bit more subdued due to raising a child. The character likes to cheer people up, especially children, since his work saves lost children in the Hollow. The only thing that remains of his wild life back then is how he styles his hair/mane. His aggression is now only reserved for the Ethereal and gangs that get in his way

The huge box he is equipped with can be transformed into an ultra-long-range sniper cannon, and in addition to the box gun itself, there is also a lightweight sniper rifle assembled in the box for him to use fl

The weapon is an Either Cannon
