Cane approves! He will trade this for one of his own valentines- which are the fun kind you get from a big box set that you can stick candy to. He’s got one of those for everyone he knows today. He’s actually rather excited, because they’re Keroppi valentines.

@mitchftw if and when Cane comes around again... Mitch has brought a couple of chocopans for him this morning.

There is only one thing better than getting to visit all of Cane's friends and family in the past, and that's getting FREE BREAD while he visits!

So when Mitch offers it, Cane beams and immediately attempts to share his bounty. Mitch isn't big into sweets, but he DOES have a pretty strong appetite. He's not a demon but he can still pack away a lot!

"Choco pan, choco pan, I love choco pan!" He hums, working to tear open the plastic. "Thank you, Mitch!! Are you doing okay? I haven't been able to visit in AGES."

"Just- hold the thing near the baby's mouth! Babies are smart. He'll let go of your leg and take the food and you'll be all good."

He's cheering on his bro, here. Come on, Mitch, you can do it! You can befriend a baby! It's totally possible, you got this.

"...Mitch, why is a baby trying to eat you?"

"Can't set him down til he's not chompin' on you," Cane points out reasonably, digging through his pockets. He also has... bread. And snack cakes. ...Could a baby eat a cream sando? Maybe just the cream part... "We can give him the filling of this! Cream is just chunky milk."

He offers the treat to Mitch.

"...Mitch, why is a baby trying to eat you?"

"Maybe he's hungry. You should give him real food."

You’ve made a child cry. And instead of going for the toy, Cane is going for your middle, Mitch, hugging you tight (but not too tight for a human).

“It’s going right on my bed and I’m gonna sleep on it forever.” The affection Cane is radiating is palpable. One can practically see the cheery flowers and anime bubbles springing off of him in his glee. “You’ve got a present too! From me! I’ll go get it!”

He hid the thing in the Haunted Dorms, so it doesn’t take too long for him to get back carrying a stuffed cat that’s Enormous, a match in size for the newly gifted frog. It’s white with brown patches, and a sleepy expression.

He hadn’t wrapped it. Couldn’t find a box big enough! But there IS a bow.

“MERRY KFC CHRISTMAS!”

Sliding over a box that is just slightly biggee than half of his little brother's height. It has striped, shiny wrapping paper and a stick-on ribbon. Even for someone like Mitch, though, the box is extremely light in weight, as though nothing at all was inside of it.

Opening the box very much reveals the opposite however:

Yesss!! This is the best thing ever. Of all time. Or at least for the next ten minutes or so. Sometimes meowing at adults pays out dividends in the form of getting meows and piggybacks back.

Well, you’ve done it. You’ve found him the perfect present. Anton is already lying on it and staring at the ceiling like he knows the secrets of the universe.

Oh, now you've done it. He's begun to krump. There's no stopping Cane now.

Cane stops, amiably. He hadn't been able to not pat the ears a little initially, but once he got it out of his system he felt MUCH better and there wasn't much need to keep doing it.

...though, the ears are far from the strangest thing happening right now.

"Your butt's waving," He points out.

He sadly shelves his puppy-eyes. But. THIS CANNOT STAND. HE IS HAVING SUCH A TIME NOT GETTING TO HUG MIKU. THIS IS LIKE GOING TO DISNEYLAND AND GETTING SNUBBED BY MICKEY MOUSE.
