What got you into BNHA?

I started watching it because a bunch of my friends in high school called me Deku when I had short green hair. I really loved the show and have been keeping up with it since!

Either Shinso or Aizawa rn. Tired beanssss

Spooky shit in the bnha universe, everything pulled slightly different to the disadvantage of everyone in the bnha academia universe. Featuring: teacher!jon, tired aizawa meets even more tired jon, is she evil? no clue but she is a spider and we don’t trust those, the child goes Feral, another goes More Feral, and a third goes Sad, is it brotherly bonding if one of you is a manifestation of madness? Kahoot Mistakes.

My fic for the @bnha-big-bang! It was really fun to mod for and my team was great!

This was both my very first time joining a big bang of any kind and also my first time writing bnha fic. I was very lucky to be partnered with @maggishiani and @ihavehatsinmypants, who are amazing artists and left me reeling with their wonderful works. Big shoutout to @maggishiani because they were also my beta and thus had to bear witness to my writing mess.

This was really fun to work on and I found a dozen new brushes to play with while making this piece.

My second piece for the @bnha-big-bang!!!!!

I’ve had the honor of working with the amazing author @sarathewise for her fic, “Learn to Move Around the Color Bar”!!! This fic concept has to be one of my favorites and I can never get enough of some good old Bakugou-angst!

My fellow artists, @lostlitany and @flutterart, have such AWESOME pieces as well, so please check them out!!!

Shinsou & Bakugou fic. Explores the aftermath of a Class 1-A that finds out the truth behind Bakugou and Midoriya’s middle school relationship and shuns Bakugou for it against their best wishes, from the perspective of a Shinsou who has recently been added to the class. — “Bakugou was an asshole, both before and during the Sports Festival, yeah, but he was a loud asshole. Now the boy is quiet, almost standing apart from the class. No one talks to him but Midoriya and Kirishima, and Kirishima only seems to talk to him when they’re alone. For such a loving, open class, it almost gives him whiplash just how closed off they are with him. Hitoshi almost wonders what he did, but then with a kid like that it could be anything.”

Speaking of this fic, oh boy is it a DOOZY. Seriously y'all, read the tags and take care of yourselves. I’ve read a lot of “Class A finds out about Bakugou and Midoriya’s past and ostracizes him for it” style fics, so here’s my own contribution. It started as a way to explore my own emotions on the topic in a way that hopefully isn’t TOO biased (Bakugou is my favorite, in case you haven’t read any of my other fics– hopefully writing from an outside perspective, especially Shinsou’s, gave this a bit more of a measured approach), became a reflection on bullying and what the consequences are or should be for such, and then two different content creators that I followed got cancelled for stupid nonsense so uh there’s a little bit of the wild ball of emotions from that mixed in too, lol. Despite all that, I really hope you enjoy reading this fic as much as I did writing it!

Learn to Move Around the Color Bar
