my favourite adhd / general executive dysfunction feeling is when you become very consciously aware that you are bored and there is nothing interesting left on the 5 social media apps you’ve been cycling around for the past hour and finally a small logical part of your brain goes “hey! perhaps at this point it might actually be more fun to do one of the productive things you’ve been putting off!” and you’re this close to going oh huh yeah maybe that’s true! and getting up to do some housework or read a book or something when a far louder part of your brain goes “NO WAIT!!!! maybe THIS time when we refresh tumblr…. it will be interesting again” and you’re like “ohhhh right sorry for doubting you boss” & promptly get right back to doing fuck all

Okay, so this is kinda political post (and out of nowhere after all this art block), but I can't be silent.

As you probably know, I'm from Russia. And we have an issue with human rights,a HUGE one. But this post is about only one part of it - lgbt rights.

We have an upcoming plebiscite for the new Constitution amendments, and it's hideous. The agitation includes homophobic advertisement about two gay man adopting a boy from orphanage. One of the man (who looks metrosexual) shows boy a dress, implying it's meant for him. Then the ad calls upon voting for new amendments.

Why you ask? One of new amendments claims that "marriage is a sacred union between man and women". We don't have same sex marriage. Yet a lot of people fight for this. But with Constitution claiming marriage as "union between man and women" it will be even harder to change this.

Considering that adopting a child is extremely hard even for hetero couples, yet kids still fall into hands of horrible people, who only want them for state payments. And gay couples, who yearn to have a child, and often work hard to have means to take care of them, can't adopt.

This is homophobic. This is horrible. This is why I'm disappointed in russian people, who often support such behaviour. This is why I fear spending my life in Russia.

But i won't surrender. I will fight for better life for all of russians. And this is the first step.

my sister asked me to make a tutorial for painting/drawing hair 0:

obviously youd blend the shadows and highlights more for straight hair but i was lazy. I also havent painted afro-texture hair often because im not as confident in it, so if any of you have clearer advice feel free to add on!
