Spread LOVE not HATE
Internet trolling via social media platforms is quickly becoming a dangerous norm in our world. All minority groups are being targeted for hurtful acts of harassment due to simply being different. Our nation was built on diversity and we need to embrace that, not degrade it. As we move forward we need to lead by example and show the world that online hate and bullying is not only not right, but will not be tolerated. Everyone has the right to voice their opinion, but contrary to many people’s tactics it can be done in an articulate and respectful way.
Everyone needs to understand that we have a social responsibility to speak our minds, to educate one another, to learn from one another, and most importantly to respect one another. Before you click send on that post take a moment to reflect and think; are you spreading LOVE and not HATE?
