How to Change Font on Tumblr. Now customize your blog font and font size and make it more readable and clear…

Do you know Which thing attract me on Tumblr blogging? That’s customization and full power. Unlike WordPress and Blogger, Tumblr give me full access to change my theme, theme wallpapers, design, font, cursors and even icons of the theme. You will not believe that you can change Tumblr Dashboard background too. How deep customization that is!!!

Normally, Nobody change font because Tumblr themes comes with preinstalled fonts customization. You will not need any further customization which lead mess up on your blog. However, If you have installed a Tumblr theme which has a beautiful font but the size of that font is not good to navigate and reading level then you can change your font and font size by editing your Tumblr theme.

Tumblr Font Customization

Generally, Verdana is the best font ever for the body of the Post so i would recommend you to choose it rather than any other font which mess up your blogging experience. So now get ready to change your Tumblr Font.

1First of all you will need to edit your theme HTML file so logged in, Go to customization page and hit “Edit HTML” button.

2Now when loading finished, Press “Ctr+F” using your keyboard to find from theme source file.

3Type “css” and press enter. Most probably, You will be redirect to css text in the theme file. Copy the URL of the css file and paste it separately on new window or tab.

4Now copy whole css file source and paste it on your computer notepad file. Now again press “Ctr+F” to search “font” in the notepad file.

5You will find font-family. Change font-family:verdana. Now save this file with the name of “style.css”.

Note: You will need to change the extension from txt to css before uploading to Tumblr.

6Now, Upload that Css file to your Tumblr theme files from here and Copy the URL of the uploaded css file.

7Now replace your old css file path with this new css file URL. Save your setting. Refresh your blog page.

Simple shelf addons! I based these on HugeLunatic's triple shelf addons. You'll need the IKEA SP, and possibly Apartment Life too, because I think I cloned the shelf from that, whoops!

Round addons to a mesh from Nightlife. I learned some new things about milkshape while I was making these lol! There's also a bar table version, for that you'll need the Barstools at bar tables mod (included). And of couse, you'll need the Nightlife EP.
