the more i think about this the more i think it really has some legs

and naturally it would work better if it was built specifically for a [blog].tumblr.com page instead of a tumblr.com/[blog] but yknow im sure it would be a fine experience on mobile only

the foreword and johnnys introduction -> pinned post(s?) at the top of the blog

exhibits, appendices, and index -> we just make extensive use of tumblr's built in pages function and have links to them in the sidebar

and then obviously the navidson record will have to be split into about a million chunks of separate posts. does tumblr allow you to display posts reverse-chronologically? itd be fun to have to start at the beginning and the "deeper" into the blog you go the more the story unfolds

im just not sure yet how to tackle some of the weirder formatting ie that part where holloway kicks a hole in a wall of the house and every subsequent page has a big square block of text because of it.
