Crime Scene(s):

- inside a burnt car in Washington D.C. (victim 1); - shooting at Curtis Martin’s place (victims 2 & 3); - a head discovered at the base of a concrete pour (victim 4);

Number of Bodies:

- 1 full set of remains in the burnt car (victim 1); - 2 dead bodies of Estrellas Locos gang members at the shooting (victims 2 & 3); - 1 head (victim 4);

Name: Jaime Delcampo (street name: El Carnicero/The Butcher)

Occupation: a high-level, prolific hit man for the Estrellas Locos gang

Victim 2 & 3: no information besides being Estrellas Locos gang members and they died during the shooting,

Victim 4:

Name: Adrianna Garcia

Age: 22

Occupation: informant to the police department

Cause of Death, Victim 1:

- the victim was shot in the throat;

Time of Death, Victim 1:

- 2 days prior to episode’s timeline;

Cause of Death, Victim 4:

- the victim was shot in the head;

- 2 days prior to episode’s timeline;

Autopsy Report (i.e.: Injuries, Deformations, Special marks on the bones, etc.):

- (victim 1) open fracture to the right parietal bone just above the squamosal suture what appears to be sharp-force trauma but it’s more likely to be a bullet wound because the intense heat possibly distorted what was once a much smaller hole; - (victim 1) broken left patella and the perimortem damage could be from a club or a crowbar; - (victim 1) indentation on the anterior surface of the C-1 vertebra, not a heat fracture but a crease, meaning that something struck the vertebra; - (victim 1) the X-ray shows a staining around the indentation on the C-1 because the crease was caused by a bullet and the lead reacted to the X-ray; - (victim 1) a nick on the anterior aspect of the foramen magnum shows the trajectory of a possible second bullet; - (victim 1) the bullet entered through his throat and made a hard left and exited through the right parietal and since it exited the skull laterally it caused the beveling to bow inward like an entry wound; - (victim 4) laceration and cavitation in her brain definitely point to a bullet piercing it and the bullet entered through the parietal; - (victim 4) kerf marks on her neck made by a heavy blade and they indicate that it took multiple strikes to detach the head; - (victim 4) the right zygomatic was fractured and it matches the fracturing found on victim 1’s left patella which means they struggled and V.1. kneed V.4. in the face hard enough to fracture her face and his kneecap;

A/V Evidence:

- security footage of Mr. Middlebury taking money out at an ATM six miles from his apartment and two blocks from where the car was found; - Angela’s recreation of what might have happened to victim 1: bullet nr 1 enters the skull at the right parietal and according to calculations the bullet should have remained inside the skull and the second bullet entered through his throat and should have stayed in the skull as well, but there were no bullets inside the skull, just in the car -> Brennan corrects and the animation now shows that there was only one bullet wound: the bullet entered through his throat and made a hard left and exited through the right parietal and since it exited the skull laterally it caused the beveling to bow inward like an entry wound; - Angela traced Javier’s call to Anna, another Estrellas in order to find the library gun and a big arrest was made thanks to Javier’s call;

- bullet found jammed in the roof support of the car, ballistics confirmed that this is the bullet that caused the wound to the victim’s skull; - the bullet entered through his throat and made a hard left and exited through the right parietal and since it exited the skull laterally it caused the beveling to bow inward like an entry wound; - 5 additional unsolved murders tied to the gun that killed victim 1 and 4; - the gun was a Rossi snub-nose .38, a library gun that belonging to the Estrellas Locos; - shooting at Mr. Martin’s place; - a great amount of gun found at Anna’s place;

- the seat and the metal have melted around the bones;

- burnt cleaver (meat axe) found in the car next to the victim, possible murder weapon; - metal, post from an earring plus the earrings themselves, found in the burnt car belonged to Victim 4 taken as a trophy; - remnants of cinder blocks used to weigh down a body found in the burnt car; - Victim 4 was sleeping with victim 1

Evidence Against Them: the VIN number of the burnt car was registered to his name; security footage of him taking money out at an ATM six miles from his apartment and two blocks from where the car was found; he owns a gun;

Alibi: he took out money to buy drugs but Booth disproves it;

Relationship with the Victim: live-in girlfriend;

Evidence Against Them: bruises on her face meaning maybe Victim 1 was beating her;

Occupation: war chief of the 520 Mafia

Relationship with the Victim: rival gang member;

Evidence Against Them: killed two man with an unlicensed gun during the shooting at his place;

Suspect 4 and Killer of Victim 4:

Evidence Against Them: victim 4 was killed according to his M.O. and he had the gun

Relationship with the Victim: the victim was his step-father,     had a relationship with his mother;

Evidence Against Them: full confession

Motive: he heard Victim 1 talking to other saying he’d kill Maria if he couldn’t tame her and he shot Victim 1 to protect his mother; when he confronted Victim 1 he slapped him and said he’d killed him if Javier ever looked at him wrong again;
