Losing you is harder than I ever could've imagined. I'm sitting here trying to convince myself I can do this without you, but without you I feel so empty. My brain suggested to try this, to make a video like as if I was talking to you. I couldn't do it. I miss you my brother.

I was diagnosed with bilateral transverse sinus stenosis. I'll be starting Topamax tomorrow for the IIH and I honestly don't know where to go from here. I feel so lost. My soul hurts.
