i find it really humorous how portal is such a tragedy, a tragedy that ends in chell, glados, and wheatley practically alone, and then the co-op bots exist.

they are the most joyful little dudes out there. p-body and atlas celebrate, they do little dances, they are the definition of whimsy. you go from a sad story where every character is flawed and a victim in some way, to two robots playing rock paper scissors. it is such a severe contrast and i love them for it

wheatleys fucking dying out in space and atlas n p-body are just doing a lil jig. dancing around. laughing and playing. i love them... only portal characters that are actually happy
