Top Ten Tuesday: Books That I Would Love to Own #toptentuedsay #bookblogger
Happy Tuesday!
I own many, many books but that seems to be a bit understandable considering what I do. However, there are always books that I would love to add to my library.

Summer of Salt by Katrina Leno
I read this book last summer and haven’t stopped recommending to everyone! I believe that it is high time for me to finally own it.

Happy Tuesday!
I went on a mini-vacation to Baltimore and DC (if you are in the DC area, I highly recommend checking out Queens of Egypt at the Nat Geo Museum!) and I meant to write this last week because I knew that I wasn’t going to do it on Monday night when I got back but you know that didn’t happen. I am so predictable.
So here I am! And now some of my favorite tropes!
Found Family
I can guarantee to you, that if this is in a book I will read it.
Heists
I love a good, totally against the odds heist. Why do I love it? The thrill of the heist.
Ragtag Groups
The group that is only together because it is the only way to get to a common goal. Bonus points if they become a found family.
Competitions
Magical, Bloody, or Social. I enjoy it all.
Lovable Villians
I love villains that you can understand and actually sympathize with.
Trapped
This usually applies to spaceships (a la Girl In Space) but I would also include blizzards and natural disasters. I love seeing how people get creative with the space around them to survive.
Sisterly Friendship
This is the friendship that is between two sisters or two girls that is so deep and meaningful. They can have fights but it would never stop them from loving each other.
Fairytale/Mythology Retellings
This one should be pretty obvious because I am obsessed with all things fairytales, mythology, and legends.

Soft Characters
This one goes with “Sisterly Friendship” but it can be any singular person. This is the character that isn’t afraid to show emotions, show, weakness, or love. They are pure at heart.
Books with Books
Libraries, Characters who own bookstores, characters who just love books. I think this has to do with the fact of seeing myself reflected in them.
Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme by The Broke and The Bookish and is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
Top Ten Tuesday: Favorite Tropes (And none of them have to do with romance!) #toptentuesday #bookblogger Happy Tuesday! I went on a mini-vacation to Baltimore and DC (if you are in the DC area, I highly recommend checking out Queens of Egypt at the Nat Geo Museum!) and I meant to write this last week because I knew that I wasn't going to do it on Monday night when I got back but you know that didn't happen.

Happy Tuesday!
Today’s topic is a freebie so I am excited to read all of your unique posts! My theme for today is “Should I Read This?”. So I figured why not ask you guys if these…

Top Ten Tuesday: Snubbed Settings #toptentuesday #bookblogging
Happy Tuesday!
Sorry it is going to be a short one today.
Ancient Egypt (or just Egypt in general)
I love Ancient Egypt and it is sorely snubbed compared to Ancient Greece and Rome.
Mesopotamia
Speaking of snubbed ancient cities, I don’t think that I have ever heard of a book that was set here.
North America pre-Europeans
As I have learned more and more about history, I have to come to learn of…
