This is my concept for the already confirmed to exist Halloween update. The character here, Salem, is an evil witch who tries to convince Astro to give him access to the dreams of the toons to transform them into nightmares. Astro doesn't like Halloween already, because all the toons have more nightmares and kinda has to work more, so Salem comes in to "help"
