Why YouTube and Search Engines Are The Best Source Of Traffic
Tumblr media
If you’re new to online marketing and you’ve tried using social media to drive free traffic without the best results, you may want to try out YouTube and search engines.
Here’s my introduction. I talk about affiliate marketing and the successful methods I’ve learned and used in my circle.
The strategies we use are very versatile and have been tested through time and in multiple niches. These methods are for building long-term businesses as well as everlasting rapport with our audience.
In this session, you’ll learn:
Why social media ads are interruptive
YouTube and search engines remain the best
Here’s the truth about social media traffic not too many people talk about
TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or any social media website, really, is not the best source of traffic for affiliate marketing unless you’re promoting in niche groups. This also goes for eCom.
The reason is that they’re all interruptive. Whether you’re doing free or paid ads on social media, it’s interruptive. People go on social media to share and connect, not shop or pay for a service.
Tumblr media
I was on Facebook looking at some intelligent memes and this sponsored ad popped up. I had no intention of looking at Shopify ads. That’s interruptive.
That doesn’t mean these methods won’t work, it means that some extra work needs to be done.
Copywriting must be catering to the audience and the content has to be congruent with the product. The audience has to be targeted and keywords must be tested.
An example is marketing a cheese grater on Instagram. Unless your Instagram is about cooking or nifty DIY hacks that require a cheese grater, your ad/post will probably not convert very well.
There are plenty of successful people on social media selling their products, using an ocean of different strategies that’ll work.
Now that I’ve mentioned why social media is an interruptive style of marketing, here’s the best source of traffic for marketing products!
The best source of traffic for products is YouTube and search engines
People who use search engines have more of a probability to have a buyer’s intent compared to a person who watches TikTok videos. If someone wants to buy a car, they wouldn’t go on Instagram, instead, they would either Google it or use Bing and Yahoo.
Video is a very powerful medium for affiliate marketing. Uploading your videos to YouTube works well with physical and digital products because your audience can see and hear the product. People who are looking for advice on buying a car would actively look for video tutorials on tips to bargain or get advice on how to look out for automobile scams.
Who’s best to give out car information than passionate car enthusiasts on YouTube?
There are a plethora of relatable YouTubers who give their two cents for free, and that’s the best way you can get leads.
Your audience who searched for your video is not a cold audience to the subject. With some swaying words and tips others haven’t done yet and in your own style, leads will come pouring in.
Let’s use the Keto Diet as an example and punch those keywords into a few search engines.
Here are a few screenshots where people would generally want to find more information about the Keto Diet on YouTube.
Tumblr media
YouTube keywords list after searching ‘ket diet weight’
This list of keywords is really good for video ideas for your product. These are popular search terms people are actively looking for.
YouTube Search for ‘keto diet weight’
You’ll find that most of the results show many different outlets reporting about keto diet weight loss, for someone who is new and looking to absorb information about the keto diet for the first time.
Tumblr media
People who are looking for an even more specific niche group within the Keto Diet world will get more niche results.
Tumblr media
As you can see ‘Keto Diet Weight Lift’ yields dozens of videos that are about weight lifting and strength training. They also span from 1 to 4 years ago, which means if this is your field of marketing, your chances of ranking on the first page are really likely.
Alternatively to YouTube, when people want to find out more about weight loss, they search for different types of diets, recipes, and workouts to achieve their goals via articles and blogs.
Search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and even Pinterest are great examples.
(Facebook does have a search feature, but it’s not as robust of a search engine as Bing.)
They also aren’t bombarded with interruptive ads that have nothing to do with the search intent.
If you’re advertising with video, take note of where the videos are located on Google.
Videos also take a huge chunk of real estate on the screen when they’re shown.
Tumblr media
YouTube videos have their own section because for Google, it’s redirecting traffic to their own websites. (Google bought YouTube in 2006)
You see, those ads and organic search results are all in the same range. These types of ads that show up in the same niche are a much smoother transition compared to social media ads.
Now to wrap up, we’ve talked about why:
YouTube is still king of free traffic and lead generation.
Search engine ads are superior to social media ads
I hope this information is useful for you and I’ll be glad to teach you everything I know.
Consider subscribing to my email list to learn more tips n’ tricks and learn what I’ve learned.

The One Strategy Most Self-Made Millionaires Use To Accumulate Wealth
Tumblr media
Most self-made millionaires have one strategy in common when it comes to accumulating wealth.
The Strategy is called Delayed Gratification.
In this session, you’ll learn:
Delayed Gratification
Example 1 — Investment
Example 2 — Weight Loss
Wealth Application
What is Delayed Gratification?
The general definition of Delayed Gratification is resisting the urge and impulsivity of taking immediate available rewards and pleasure for a much more desired outcome in the future.
It’s a pretty similar concept to saving up money to buy something when you were a kid, but for our application, instead of saving up the money to buy the next shiny object that you saw in the ad, you spend the money on something more valuable to you right now. Something such as knowledge and tools or investments that can double, triple, or even quadruple your future investment.
Example 1
Instead of buying a thousand-dollar iPhone today, you spend $500 on a course to learn how to start a business online and another $500 or less on tools you need for the business.
Let’s say instead of going on a weekend getaway for $1,000 you can learn how to make $300 per day for $500 right now.
If you have that knowledge to make $300 per day, you can scale it to $600 per day, would you do it?
With the knowledge to scale your business to $600, I think you can you can forget about the weekend getaway and go on a 7-day vacation and have enough money to splurge. (Of course, this isn’t financial advice, whatever you do with the money you earn is yours to deal with.)
In other words, it’s an investment in yourself. The act of investing into the very foundation of your career.
The fact is, you CAN learn how to earn money on or offline and scale it, and it’s much more rewarding than a 2–3 day getaway in this example.
The problem today is that there are so many instant gratification “solutions” That the practice of ‘wait and see’ is very slim in today’s society. It takes willpower to control or manipulate your desires. This is true for many fields.
Example 2
Another example is in the weight loss industry. The audience that knows me well, knows I’ve practiced the Keto Diet. I teach about the Keto Diet in my affiliate marketing lessons because I can describe myself as an expert practitioner of the Keto Diet with my success in losing weight doing Keto.
For those who don’t know what the Keto Diet is, simply put, it’s avoiding carbohydrates so that your body burns fat instead of carbs.
It’s like when a hybrid vehicle runs out of gasoline, the vehicle starts running on battery.
So when I explain the Keto Diet, I let people know that “I don’t like carbs anyway” so it’s easier for me to do Keto. The fact is, I actually love carbs. I twist my psychology to trick my brain into thinking that I don’t like carbs.
I live in New York City and people here breathe and live bagels every morning. When I travel, croissants, sugary desserts, and drinks are everywhere. I am one of those people who love carbs, but I learned that I don’t need them to survive.
The world is obsessed with sugar and carbs. Take bubble tea for an example, you’re drinking and eating literal sugar and balls of starch in a cup that can be consumed in a matter of minutes! How crazy is that?
Having the willpower to avoid your favorite foods and drinks can be done. Sugary drinks and carbs are great, but being healthy and having more energy and time every day to do things I love is so much more of a benefit for me that I can sacrifice a few bagels and sugar in my coffee every morning.
Delayed Gratification Application
In the long run, if you can practice Delayed Gratification, you can use that skill for anything. Whether it’s for a job, a career change, or health benefits, turn this skill into wealth by sharing your experiences with other people and relating with them. It’s one of the amazing steps to take when building your audience and leads.
If you believe you can do it, what is stopping you from achieving it?
Write down the things that are holding you back. Take a good look at them and construct a plan to solve every issue you’ve written down. What I love about doing these types of exercises is sometimes you’ll find yourself able to knock down 2 birds with 1 stone.
To be successful in anything, you need to be willing to give up some things you enjoy and invest time and effort in things that can help your growth.
I talk about getting yourself into the right mindset in one of my blogs. You can check it out here. I touch the surface on financial literacy and practices most successful people do to stay financially free.
I hope this mindset training helps you bring yourself closer to your goal.
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

How To Convert Leads Into Sales
Tumblr media
What do affiliate marketers do to convert leads to sales? (The Successful Method People Don’t Talk About)
The fundamental goal for affiliate marketers is to turn traffic into sales when it comes to traffic. There are typically 3 levels of marketers who do this.
In this article, I will dissect the 3 levels of affiliate marketing that marketers use to convert leads to sales.
You’ll learn:
Level 1: Amateur
Level 2: Intermediate
Level 3: 6 Figure Method
Online affiliate marketing started in the mid-90s when the internet became widely available to the general public. It was the rage when you were able to connect a simple phone line and start texting people on AOL and emailing each other. The first websites were introduced and companies started to migrate their information to the internet for brand awareness.
Like the introduction of the television, naturally, advertisements became part of the internet like how maple syrup is drizzled on every plate of pancakes.
LEVEL 1: AMATEUR
That’s when Level 1 marketing started. Level 1 was the only way people knew how to market. Level 1 Amateur marketing was sending traffic directly to a sales page. It’s not effective because of how outdated this method is. People are smarter, wiser, and less gullible than before.
Nowadays, many affiliate programs still teach this amateur method. They tell you to send traffic to a sales page, whether it’s paid or organic. This method may have worked back in the 90s… That’s why so many companies, including fake ones, did it.
It’s astounding how many people still do it today. They buy Facebook, youtube, and even solo ads and direct them straight to the sales page or affiliate link.
The fact is if you’re just sending traffic directly to a sales page now, the most conversions you’ll get is 0–1%.
1% if you’re lucky and the stars are aligned or if pigs can fly
You’ll probably spend more on traffic than you can get a sale. Now let’s move on to Level 2.
LEVEL 2: INTERMEDIATE
So this is where many marketers are stuck and still, the more-modern affiliate programs teach this method.
This is where people have learned to build an email list by sending traffic to their Optin page.
Tumblr media
So far so good, because you want to be able to email your leads again in the future as opposed to the amateur method, where you lost their contact because you didn’t send them to Optin for more information.
Now after the Optin page, your traffic has become leads to those who want more information opting into your email list.
The traffic has filtered out the people who weren’t going to buy your product anyway.
Your leads are then sent to a bridge page (a page where you tell your story and what the product you’re selling has changed your life), then to the sales page.
Don’t get me wrong this is leaps and bounds better than sending them directly to a sales page, because at least they’re aware of you and what you’re selling.
Here, your conversion rate will be at most 1–2% maximum. Because you gave a little value about the product and you’re hoping they’ll relate to your story and eventually buy the product.
The gurus that teach this would tell you to send your leads back to the bridge page so that they can listen to your story over, and over, and over…
The second time is fine, but what do you think people will feel after the fourth, and fifth times?
If they haven’t bought your product the third time you’ve sent them to the bridge page, chances are, they’re not interested.
By the sixth time you’ve sent them to your story, which is boring by now, they’ll start unsubscribing, and worst of all, they mark your email as spam.
For the most part, people don’t care about your story, or what you’re selling. They want to know if whatever they see can improve their life or not, and if it does, then they’ll likely be the 1–2% with this method.
It’s hard to control what people spend their money on so you’ll have to give them a reason why they should purchase anything being marketed to them. This takes us to Level 3…
Tumblr media
LEVEL 3: THE 6 FIGURE METHOD
Why is this one called the 6 Figure Method? This is the method that the top affiliate marketers use to sell any product that exists. It’s the method that supports financial freedom and passive income.
“6 Figure” is the average people make when they’ve successfully applied the 6 Figure Method to their business.
Many affiliate marketers who’ve created their products to sell using this method have well passed the “7” figure mark.
So what is the 6 Figure Method?
Let’s start from the beginning because traffic is important. It’s the basis of how you can earn a penny online.
You send your Traffic to an Optin Page to convert them to Leads.
Then send your Leads to a Value Series.
The last of your Value Series will link to your Sales Page.
Where you’ll be able to get an average of 3–10% Sales Conversions.
(a whole lot better than 0–2% if you ask me…)
It’s simple in theory, but executing this whole process is another beast. First off, what is the Value Series?
You can read about the Value Series here, but essentially, the Value Series is content that you’ve created that provides valuable information about your niche sent to your Leads. The content can be in form of videos or blogs, where your leads can easily consume it.
Now for the part where you’ll need to put in lots of effort.
Creating the Value Series can take months. The recommended route is recording videos of yourself giving tips and tricks to your Leads via YouTube.
This is the quickest method once you master talking to the camera and the most effective because people can see the face behind the knowledge.
YouTube currently is also the best source of traffic because YouTube is a search engine. People tend to search for how-to videos on YouTube.
You can learn more about Traffic Sources Here.
Wrapping Up
Level 1 Amateur’s method is out of date and unprofitable.
Level 2 Intermediate Marketers are usually stuck or can’t quit their day jobs.
Level 3 is the 6 Figure Method that allows you to market anything and scale in the long run.
Isn’t it time to start working for yourself? There’s a reason why you’re reading these types of articles and blogs…
Now that you’ve learned about what 85+% of marketers do, it’s time to put to work the information you just learned about and become part of the 15% that made it work, and maybe if your ambition is overfilling your morning mug, eventually you can reach the top 5% of affiliate marketers that have made it work really well.
I hope you’ve gathered tons of information from this and that this will push you toward something amazing.
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

Formula To Write Ebooks For Online Courses
Tumblr media
Write Ebooks For Ecourses As Bonuses
The age of ebooks is already here and it’s not only for big-time authors or budding writers. If you have the knowledge to offer, YOU too can be an Ebook author!
If you’re passionate about something and you have loads of information you need to unleash, you’re already ahead of the curve. If not, don’t worry, but I have to warn you, by now you should have your own niche.
If you’re on the fence about a couple of niches you want to market to, make sure you figure out what it is because it won’t make sense for you to create an ebook at this moment.
Go back to the other blogs and videos where I teach you how to choose a product.
Tumblr media
So you know what your niche is and you want to write that ebook. Make sure you plot every bit of information down in chapter or section format.
Formula For Writing
For example, if I were to write about Keto Diet, Chapter 1 would be about ‘The Benefits Of The Keto Diet’.
Chapter 2 would be about ‘Why Keto Is NOT For Everyone Especially if you’re a carb lover, and can’t live without bread.’
*Note: The reason I know about Keto Diet is that I’ve actually done it before.
The Keto diet requires you to avoid all carbs unless they’re in form of fiber (veggies). The reason why I have Chapter 2 about Why it’s not for everyone is that I need to prepare the reader and let them know that:
“Hey if you’re not willing to give up carbs, then Keto is NOT for you. In order for your body to get into ketosis, you can only consume proteins and fats so that your body won’t have any carbs to burn but in ketosis, your body becomes a fat-burning machine.”
Chapter 3 would be about the red, yellow, and green zones of foods. Red being ‘not keto at all’, green being ‘Definitely Keto-Friendly’
That’s pretty much what the keto diet is! Give real value to your potential customers and warm them up for the sale.
So now you have the content for your book. Have you watched any blockbuster movies lately? Especially the ones that have sequels? Take for example ‘The Matrix’(I’m using this for an example because it was a world phenomenon when the trilogy came out, you should know what ‘The Matrix’ is!)
At the end of the sequel, you’re left off with a cliffhanger, right? I, for sure know
Oh man, how’s it gonna end?! I need to know!”
That’s what you’re going to have to do.
Either leave out some information at the end or promise to have the most amazing information on the next content piece you’re creating, because you’re not going to disappoint them… right?
Ex.“Your wedding is coming up in a few months and you’re trying to lose as much weight as possible to look good in your wedding photos. The Keto diet is great, but it’s just one strategy to lose weight quickly. In addition to Keto, To burn fat even faster, you’ll need to use… Find out more on [Your website]”
(Of course, you can replace that with another link or media if you wish.)
See what just happened?
Now you’ve hyped them up for the next vital information they want access to. They want it so bad that they need it because you left them off with a cliffhanger. (The ending to ‘The Matrix’ Trilogy!)
*Note: (Just my personal opinion) I don’t care about ‘The Matrix 4’ because it was bad and Lana Wachowski most likely didn’t want to do it. WB execs were really terrible to their artists and petty at the time but that’s another story.
Now that you have your book written, the next part is the exciting part.
Creating the ebook.
So you can either outsource this part or do it yourself. If you outsource it, it won’t be your own packaging. You can definitely use Fiverr or Upwork and find some talented people, but if you want to do it yourself simply, and have full control over it, there are many programs you can use.
I have an article about outsourcing your work and you can read about it here.
If you want to create your own ebook, I recommend you to use Sqribble.
*Note: This program is so well made by Adeel Chowdhury and his team, that it’s been touted that bugs don’t even exist in the program… for now.
I’ll have a full review and demonstration of Sqribble up soon.
I hope this pushes you to create more and add more value to your affiliate marketing journey because I know it takes lots of work to get your well-oiled machine up and running. This is the beginning of your online business that’ll generate financial freedom.
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

Setting Up Your Ecosystem
Tumblr media
Why should I have an ecosystem? What is an ecosystem?
Your ecosystem is your brand’s website that acts as a home for all your content.
Everything you post publicly should link back to your website (This helps you rank your site on Google) and your website should link to your affiliate product’s sales page.
Your ecosystem is your brand’s website that acts as a home for all your content. Everything you post publicly should link back to your website (This helps you rank your site on Google) and your website should link to your affiliate product’s sales page.
Let’s get deeper into what your ecosystem should include.
youtube
Also plan to have a simple website design. The simplicity and the design of your website matter when it comes to loading speed and user experience. Depending on where you’re getting your traffic, most people use mobile phones compared to desktops. A simple design is easier to optimize than a cluttered site.
You want your Customer Journey to be as smooth as possible when delivering your content. If your page takes a minute to load, chances are, your viewer already has left your site on the 3rd or 4th second.
For SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes, keep in mind that all your pages should have H1 and H2 headings with keywords. Every single image you upload should also be properly named with the keywords you want to rank as well. If you start writing with this practice in mind, you won’t have to go back to doing this later in the future. Create a proper habit of implementing these simple SEO rules so that you’ll reap the benefits in the long run.
HOME
Your Home Page should have your brand’s slogan, which also acts as your catchphrase.
A small paragraph about your story relating to your brand. Give a reason why you started your company with a link that goes to your About Page.
The next sections of your Home Page should be about your content. Describe what type of content you’re going to provide to your audience in a sentence, then a link to your YouTube Channel or Blog.
ABOUT
Here you can tell your side of the story. Keep it real and just lay down the truth. People in general love real stories because they’re relatable especially if a problem in your life is solved with a solution, they would want to get their hands on the solution.
Make sure that your story correlates to your product. How does the product help you and has it changed your life?
I hope this gives you a ‘Eureka!’ moment about how you’re going to write your About Page. It’ll showcase your personality as well as an opportunity to create an experience for your audience visiting your site.
The fact of the matter is, no one is going to read every single word on your site unless it has something to do with them or answers a question they have.
“Content is king”
Bill Gates wrote this in his essay in 1996 and it still holds up today.
Additionally to your story, you have an opportunity here to allow people to explore your recommendations. Link them to the other affiliate products that helped you along the way.
Tumblr media
CONTENT
This is where you’ll upload your main sources of content. Your blog/vlog or whatever you create. It’s a place where your audience will spend most of their time consuming the valuable material you’ve created for them.
You’ll have to constantly update and add more content so that every piece of information is up to date. If a blog is old and you want to update them, do it! If you want to re-record a video instead of re-editing it, do it!
This is your ecosystem and you’re the one that decides what comes in and what goes out.
There are countless amazing possibilities that are unlocked when you have your content uploaded to your site. One of the main strategies is emailing your leads access to your content library.
All of the media should have a CTA (Call To Action) at the end so that they can refer back to your affiliate product. Value upfront, the pitch at the end.
Remember “Content is king.”
AFFILIATE PRODUCTS
Having a page dedicated to all the affiliate products you’re marketing allows your audience to check out what you recommend.
On top of having your product showcase, another strategy that’s also great is having detailed reviews for each product directly linked so your audience knows what to expect and the pros/cons of each specific product.
Comparison videos and blogs are strategies for buyers on the fence, and if you have those on your site, it will increase conversions.
CONTACT
Here, you want to be able to have people reach you. It’s not rare, but it doesn’t happen too often either.
Just know that the people who do actually message you are very interested in your product and probably want more information than the average viewer that stumbled upon your website.
You’ll also be surprised how many affiliate marketers don’t read or respond to people, which puts you above the competition.
HEADER/FOOTER
Keep your header and footer as simple as possible so there’s less clutter. Have a proper logo created and uploaded to your header.
Make sure your navigation links to the proper pages and also have social links you are most active on shown.
I recommend your header and foot be on every single page you create so that people can navigate to the information they need.
Notes: As for your ecosystem as a whole, take into account your logo and color scheme. Keep it to a maximum of 3 colors so that your website is uniform and not disorganized. The same goes for fonts and sizes.
You can build your website on multiple platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Weebly. Doing so, you will save tons of time and coding is not necessary, so don’t worry about building a website if you don’t have any web development experience.
Hope this helps you understand why building your own ecosystem benefits your affiliate marketing career in the long run. It’ll take a while to build out, but the rewards are immeasurable.
I’ll see you on the other side,
Sam

What is a Value Series?
Tumblr media
Creating A Value Series — Be Ahead Of Other Affiliate Marketers
Creating a value series already brings you up to the top 15% of online marketers because the other 85% of the marketers simply don’t do it.
What is a Value Series?
To simply put, a Value Series is content you create to provide valuable information about your niche to the audience that has opted into your email list also known as your leads.
Whether you provide short videos on your niche’s tips and tricks, or a full written tutorial on how to fix a technical problem, you’re providing value to your audience.
The value series is what keeps your leads from unsubscribing because, with it, you’re giving them a valuable knowledge of the niche you’re marketing.
For an example, let’s use the weight loss category and talk about my favorite diet, ‘The Keto Diet’
The first piece of the Value Series, It’ll be about introducing the keto diet. We’ll talk about what it is, and how you can lose weight with it.
Ex. 1
“What is the Keto Diet? The Keto Diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that shifts your body’s metabolism to burn fat and ketones instead of carbohydrates which are harder to process. For the best results, you should limit your carb intake to less than 50 a day.I know it’s hard especially if you’re a carb lover, but if you’re looking to lose weight and want a healthy lifestyle that will change your life, you need to get into the mindset that this diet isn’t just about losing weight.”
Now that your leads have a better understanding of the Keto Diet and the benefits it offers, you’ll now talk about the technicalities of losing weight in general.
Ex. 2
“The Rule Of Losing WeightIn order to lose weight, you need to know the very first rule: Eat fewer calories than you burn. This is a simple fact people want to overlook because lots of salespeople want to sell you the idea of losing weight without eating less.”
Tumblr media
Not only do you want to give your leads valuable information, but you also don’t want to “sugarcoat” facts with BS.
This also differentiates you from other marketers because you’re providing your leads with different viewpoints from your competitors. You also want to be able to help your leads change their mindset to take themselves more seriously with the diet they signed up to learn about.
Push them to take action.
Not only are you a marketer, but you’re also their coach. That’s what makes your content more valuable than the rest.
So before you start sending out your value series, make sure you’ve built out at least 4–5. You can do them in either blog format, or upload videos you’ve created onto youtube and share them in your emails. You’ll also want to keep continuing to create the content till you have at least 2 months’ worth.
The best results I’ve seen so far are sending out 4 pieces of content in 4 days, and then a Sales page. Take a 3–4 day break before sending another series. Remember, we’re still following the rule of Value, Value, Value, Sale. It’s what I do and you’ve already witnessed this in my email series you’ve subscribed to.
I practice what I preach, which tells you that I am not marketing you one thing and selling you another.
Hope this helps you understand more about why the value series is important!
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

Are Affiliate Marketing Courses Really Worth It?
Tumblr media
Affiliate Marketing has been around for about a decade now. Along with them are courses that teach interested people how to do affiliate marketing and earn money off it. A popular question people ask nowadays is “Are affiliate marketing courses worth it?”
If you’re a beginner, the short answer is: Yes.
The Long answer: Yes and no, it depends on whose course you are purchasing and depends on who YOU are.
If you’re a person of discipline and can easily consolidate the unlimited amount of information available to you while taking action. You don’t need a course to guide you. But they do help and many do provide valuable information one or two courses don’t. Everyone has their own style.
There are right and wrong ways of affiliate marketing and short or long terms.
What is your goal? Do you want to make money quickly or do you want to build a business that can potentially last forever?
In my case, I want to build out a hub where people are willing to come to my website without the need to pay for traffic. We’re now looking at multiple different jobs put together because there is SEO to do, website building, blogging, vlogging, article backlinking, social media sharing and boosting, and more you need to have done. The long-term goal is getting free traffic, which will eventually lead to free leads. That’s a lot of information you’ll need to absorb and understand. It’ll take time and if you were to do it alone, it will take years.
Tumblr media
Short term-wise, you can always post your hoplink directly to your traffic and try to get a sale that way. Doing this has its major flaws. You’ll have to be ready to face the repercussions because most big platforms dislike affiliate links. To Google, Facebook, and Bing, those are red flags and they WILL shut down your account. Trust me… It happened to me while I was still learning affiliate marketing.
If this is all new to you, wouldn’t you want to learn from someone who has already faced the consequences and learned from the experience of what and what not to do?
If this information is old to you, does it not reinforce what you have already learned? Did you experience the same results?
That’s because we were doing it wrong and a little guidance wouldn’t hurt.
That’s where affiliate marketing courses help. Entrepreneurs help guide us on the right path before we waste any more money than we already have.
Not all affiliate marketing courses are equal though.
The majority of the gurus who sell their courses have only one goal in their mind. To sell to you whether you make it or not. Some marketers sell to you and continue to give support in the long run. It’s up to you to decide who’s courses are best. I recommend the program I’m in for the first time because I actually enjoy it and have learned tons from it. You can click on the button below to learn more, or navigate to the ‘Programs’ tab on the top for more recommended tools to help you on your affiliate marketing journey.
The reality is… Are you going to follow through and take all the action necessary to become a successful affiliate marketer?
I’ll see you on the other side,
Sam

How To Understand Your Customer Base
Tumblr media
Do you understand your customer?
In this session, we’ll create a Customer Avatar together.
Customer avatars are a very necessary tool to have in your marketing journey because your customer is the one who will buy your product.
The more information you can provide about your ideal client, the clearer your vision will be when it comes to who you want to target! For example, you wouldn’t want to advertise weight loss to people who are looking for vacation destinations. You wouldn’t want to sell ball game tickets to people who are looking for a Broadway show! To avoid all the guesswork about what you want to advertise to whom, you need to create a Customer Avatar.
Here are some questions that you should answer:
What product are you promoting?
eg. Keto Diet Meal Plans
What are the top 3 benefits of this product? (eg. below)
Promotes safe weight loss with quick results
Eat the food you love while losing weight
Just heat up the meals and serve
How old is your client?
Age 42
Is your client a male or female?
Male
Where do they live?
New York City
What kind of job do they have?
Computer Programmer
Are they married?
Yes
Do they have children?
One son
Do they have pets?
No
These questions are really general and factual questions about who they are. You’re creating a character that will go through a journey with you so that you know how to talk to them.
Now that you’ve created a profile, there are more things you’ll need to write out:
What are your customer’s biggest pain points?
Both Bob and his wife work long hours so they order take out every night. (Bob’s wife is also a potential customer)
Bob stays seated for work and is glued to the computer screen.
Bob doesn’t have time to go to the gym since he has to bring his son to school early morning and has to pick him up after school. (Potential customer for home gym equipment as well)
How does your product solve your customer’s pain?
Keto Diet Meal Plans are healthy prepared meals that are ready to be served after heating.
It’s quicker than ordering take out and you can store the meals in the fridge.
Each meal is packed with the essential nutrients and can be modified for those who are not on the Keto Diet.
So once you’ve completed these questions, you’ll have the ideal customer. Of course, things will change along the way if this is your first time writing out a customer avatar. Along the way, you can fine-tune the character you’re going to sell to so it is more accurate. For better results, you can create multiple avatars and see what type of conversation you can mockup. This exercise allows you to get to know your target audience better and in the long run is proven very helpful when it comes to copywriting.
Hope you enjoyed this lesson! If you want to learn more about customer avatars, be sure to click the button below! I’ll see you on the other side.

How To Find The Best Affiliate Marketing Product To Promote
Tumblr media
To Find The Best Affiliate Product To Promote, You’ll Need To Consider The Following…
PLATFORMS
You’re here because you want to begin your Affiliate Marketing journey but if you don’t know where to look for the right product to promote, you can always look at Affiliate Networks.
Affiliate Networks are platforms that allow users to sell their products online and here are some websites you can look at:
Digistore24
ClickBank
Warriorplus
These are marketplaces that sell digital courses as well as physical products. (In my experience, it’s easier to sell digital products.)
Private Connections — Many courses promote their own program for their students, so you can ask about the course you’re already in.
Google — Just google “Best Affiliate Networks” Websites that show dozens of networks in their articles.
Amazon Associates have their own program where you can set up shop for physical items if that’s what you’re into.
CATEGORIES
So these are some of the popular sites you can look for your next affiliate product. But the next question is what kind of product should I market?
Tumblr media
If this is your first product, you want to find a category that sells really well and is in an evergreen market. Here are the top 3 categories you want to look for a product in:
Health — Ex. Weightloss, meditation, self-help
Wealth — Ex. Making Money Online, Real Estate, Cryptocurrency
Relationships — Ex. How to get a girlfriend or boyfriend, How to repair my relationship, How to please my wife
Now that you’ve learned where to find the products you want to promote, you need to learn if they make money for you. Because if you don’t find the right product that pays you well, you’re gonna take a LONG time to make a profit and we WANT you to have a PROFITABLE business, not just building a business to fail like many gurus tell you to. Behind every successful business, there is always proper math.
MATH
If you sell a product with a one-time fee of $100 and you get 50% commissions, you’ll make $50. In order for you to make $10,000, that is 10,000/50 which is 200. You’ll need to sell the product 200 times to 200 different clients. That’s a lot of work for such little return. That’s what a salesman does. You’re here to become a marketer.
Tumblr media
To do so:
Look for a product that has a VALUE LADDER. This is important because if a product has multiple upsells, that means there are upsells in that product which in turn also means you get more money.
So let’s say a product starts at $49/mo, and a client pays for the subscription to try it out. Turns out they like the product a lot so they decide to buy it out for a $500 one-time fee to get access to it for a lifetime. You’ll get 50% of that or whatever the commission rate is.
The client LOVES the product so much that they’re offered to buy another module for that product which costs $1000 and they seem to need the product badly, so they’re more likely to invest in it. That’s where you as the marketer will get more money.
Do you see where I’m going with this? Upsells are good for you as a marketer because clients aren’t stuck with just paying once. If the product is good and you market it well, you get more.
So you also want to avoid a product that has too big of a ladder (ex. 8 upsells), because, in this day of age, people inherently don’t want to be sold to. It gets annoying being sold to constantly, doesn’t it?
It’s like mobile games with microtransactions. The first few are fine because you don’t mind paying to remove ads, but in order to even have fun in the game, the game decides you should pay for each mission’s completion? That’s a bad value ladder design. They don’t give you enough value to sell to you so much.
I hope this helps bring you to the next step in your affiliate marketing journey.
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

What Is A Sales Funnel?
Tumblr media
A Sales Funnel Is A Powerful Tool
A sales funnel is a journey that sellers create for their potential customers to take them from beginning to end where their audience turns into buyers.
In this article, I’ll be showing you the several stages of a sales funnel detailing customer psychology along the way so that you can understand how to market better to your potential clients.
Think of it as the ‘Squid Game’ show.
Each stage, has people being filtered out to the next stage. The people who aren’t able to move on, they’re gone. The survivors move on to the next stage.
Tumblr media
So let’s say a person named Anna has an eCommerce store selling cat products and she found a product that she wanted to dropship. That product is a Glow In The Dark Cat Collar.
Stage 1: Awareness
Anna runs a broad ad on social media selling her cat collar. Now her ad is being shown to a cold audience— people who have no idea this collar and her store exist. Now within the cold audience, depending on the social media platform, her ad may show up more than once. Which a good thing because the ad is warming up the potential buyers.
Because her broad audience is made of different types of people, they’ll have different levels of interest.
For example: Why would someone without a cat buy a cat collar?
This stage is where people who aren’t interested at all will just scroll away.
The other people will move on to the next stage and the rest will be left to the dust (Squid Game reference)
Stage 2: Interest
Now that Anna’s cold audience has seen her brand and product, this is where Anna will gain a warm audience. People who are interested, will go forward and click on Anna’s ad for more information.
For those survivors who don’t have cats, but are interested, there’s a reason why.
Lots of people on social media have posted their own videos and photos of their cats, and if someone sees one of their friends’ cat videos, that’s an awesome gift idea or something to share!
So remember these types of people:
People who have friends that have cats but don’t have one themselves will share or tag the Anna’s ad
People who are interested in the product but want to know if Anna’s site is legitimate or not will visit her site and possibly become her fans
People who have seen the product before on someone else’s ad are now ready to purchase through Anna’s website or compare prices
Stage 3: Decision
It’s decision time and this is where Anna’s warm audience decides whether or not to buy or just walk away. They may add the cat collar to their cart but not complete the purchase.
These are the people that are on the fence. Is there a last-second promo offer that Anna set up? Is she giving away a promo product or offering free shipping?
*Note: Experienced marketers will provide an exit strategy for people who plan on walking away by throwing in downsells and have abandoned cart emails already set up.
Stage 4: Action
At this stage, Anna should be hearing chiming sounds on her phone notifying her that she is getting sales.
*Note: Experienced marketers show their upsells right after they buy the product so that customers don’t have to go through adding payment info again...
The action takers are the ones that Anna should cherish because she’s not done with them!
So Anna learned that she should add another product to the mix for those who already purchased the collar. She included a bell to attach to the cat collar with a promo price! Very smart, Anna!
The new cat collar owner now buys the bell go to with it. The funnel is done, and the buyer now awaits their product. (Prize money for surviving.)
That is how a simple sales funnel works from start to end. Of course, there may be a sequel if Anna decides to run another funnel and market to her newfound email list.
I hope that worked and was enjoyable for you to read. If you want more information, you can check out my profile for the links to my YouTube Channel.

6 Ways To Make Money Online For Beginners
Tumblr media
If you’re new to the online workspace, here are 6 ways you can make money online, even if you’re a beginner.
Want to make your first dollar online? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Whether you’re an expert or a beginner, here's a list of ways you can make money online that anyone can do. In this article, you’ll read about:
Online Freelancing
eCommerce
Taking Surveys
Blogging
Becoming an Influencer
Affiliate Marketing
1. Online Freelancing
Tumblr media
Freelancing online has been on the rise in the past few years according to Upwork, a freelance platform for talented individuals who offer services.
If you have a radio voice, graphic design, or programming skills, you can monetize them on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr by providing vocal or programming services.
The online freelancing community is growing and many people are making a living online offering their knowledge and services. Some freelancers get so popular that they have to turn down gigs because they’re fully booked! Some even started their own companies by hiring other talents to help out.
With online freelancing, you can creatively scale your business however you want and safely, because costs aren’t that high in the digital space.
2. eCommerce
There are multiple ways eCommerce is done. Garage sale/auction-style, dropshipping, print on demand, and private label.
Garage auction style is using marketplace platforms such as eBay, Mercari, or even Craigslist to sell your items individually. If you don’t have any Pokemon cards or mint condition shoes to sell, a popular start to selling products on marketplaces is retail arbitrage. Retail Arbitrage is when you buy retail products that are on sale and resell them online for retail or higher prices. Just don’t be one of those scalpers... Nobody likes a bad scalper...
Dropshipping is when you sell items directly from suppliers to your customer. You are essentially the middle person and hold no inventory! You’ll have to find dropshipping compliant suppliers to have everything more streamlined and simpler. Dropshipping can be done with Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or any site-building platform that has a payment platform and extensions.
Like dropshipping, Print On Demand is also a great way to sell products online, especially if you have awesome design skills or your own brand. Print On Demand is merchandise made to order, so you don’t need to hold inventory. The supplier will print and ship it to your customer. Additionally, if you’re a photographer or an artist, you can sell your works with Print On Demand too!
If you have a brand and want to sell a product under your brand, you can do private labeling. Amazon has created billion-dollar companies such as Anker, Yi Security Cameras, and TicWatch.
The scalability is high with eCommerce. Think of all the products people buy on Amazon and eBay. If selling products is your passion, eCommerce is the way to go because the act of buying things online is growing and will not stop.
3. Taking Surveys
Companies need information, and they’re willing to pay for it. A fair warning is that you won’t earn much from taking surveys, so don’t quit your day job for it. Swagbucks, Lifepoints, and Survey Junkie are examples of companies that buy information in form of surveys. They often reward you with points where you can redeem gift cards. These can be fun to do on your daily commute to work. This isn’t a recommended route if you’re looking to scale your income, but a way to earn a side income in addition to your day job.
4. Blogging
Tumblr media
Anyone with a computer or even a phone has the ability to blog. Blogging brings out the creativity in how you can share your thoughts and knowledge.
The upside is that it’s free with unlimited potential. The downside is…  it’ll take a long time if you make any money if you don’t have a chosen niche, and you’ll need a budget for advertisements to reach any audience. If you’d like to learn more about what type of traffic is available, you can check them out here: 5 Types Of Traffic Networks
In order to be successful in the blogging space, you’ll need to offer tons of value before expecting an opportunity for payment. This is also true for the next type of making money online.
5. Becoming an Influencer (Vlogging)
Tumblr media
It’s no doubt that in this day and age, the majority of people want to become social media influencers. It’s one of the harder things to do for the average joe and jane, but not entirely impossible. As vloggers, the possibilities are endless with becoming an influencer. You can get sponsorships, build loyal followers, and even start your own business in your field of expertise.
Are you a chef that has recipes you’d like to show your audience? Video services like YouTube, and Instagram can help you gather your loyal foodies together.
Are you a mechanic that wants to teach people how to change their own car oil filter? Grab a phone and record yourself in the action and upload it onto YouTube!
Honestly, YouTube is still the best source of quality traffic for any niche. The reason is people actively look to video tutorials for answers, and a real person behind the camera giving advice.
6. Affiliate Marketing
Tumblr media
Affiliate marketing is growing and it’s becoming the lifeblood of many businesses, small and big alike. Affiliate marketing is when you are marketing someone else’s product to an audience and making commissions per sale. Affiliate marketing can be done with many different techniques and strategies. If you can implement a blog, (which you should, I teach it on my site) and YouTube, you can have a very successful passive income generator in the long run. You can learn a lot more about affiliate marketing here. I go very deep into the different steps required to start building a profitable business with the power of affiliate marketing.
This is something you cannot do overnight and be profitable. If you want to make money online as a beginner, you must first absorb all the information you can get your hands on from different people. Learn from people’s mistakes and successes. Gather information and consolidate it in a notebook. Study other people’s websites and YouTube channels and really learn the material you want to make your career in.
Making money online isn’t for everyone but anyone can try it out to see if it’s really for them. It takes discipline, knowledge, and drive to make money online because, in the end, you’ll have to manage your own business and make sure you’re making money.
I hope this helped pave your way to the next step to making money online. The main takeaway from this article is to get the ball rolling and start your journey. Even if you’re a beginner, you will learn along the way.
Keep your eyes on the prize, and focus on the task at hand. Have a clear schedule and complete everything on the list!
As Jay Shetty (A Phenomenal Speaker) once said:
“The formula of Success=Hard work x Positive Attitude + Courage + Patience + Resilience - Ego + Great People”
I’ll see you on the other side, Sam

Setting Up A Lead Capture Page For Affiliate Marketing
Tumblr media
How do I set up a lead capture page for affiliate marketing?
The goal of a lead capture page is in the name: capturing leads. In order to turn your traffic into leads, it’s very simple. You’ll need to create 3 things:
Hook - The attention grabber that consists of one sentence, usually with a pain point
Form with a Button - Place for your lead to type in their email (names, date of birth, and phone numbers are optional) The less information you ask for, the higher chance of traffic to lead conversion
Value - Offering value here is necessary, whether it’s a series of training videos or an e-book, it’s the reason why your traffic would opt-in to become your lead.
It’s that simple, don’t overcomplicate it.
An example I like to use is for weight loss.
Ex. 1
“How To Reduce 3 Inches Off your Waist Without Spending 3 Hours At The Gym Every Day”
This example utilizes a benefit and a pain point to grab your audience’s attention.
The benefit being (Reducing 3 Inches Off Your Waist)
The pain being (Spending 3 Hours At The Gym Every Day)
Ex. 2
An example of the Making Money niche is:
“How To Create Passive Income And Spend More Time With Your Family.”
This example utilizes 2 benefits as a hook.
In my experience, the highest converting Lead Capture Page includes just the Hook and an email form with a button...
The fewer steps for the audience to go through, the more likely they’ll opt in.
Most of the time, you don’t even need a name. You just want their e-mail so that you can start your email marketing right away.
Now that you know what a lead capture page consists of, you’ll need a page builder.
A page builder is a tool that you’ll need to pay for and my top recommendation is Clickfunnels. It is the Lamborghini of all page and funnel builders.
There are other ones that exist but not all of them are up to the same level as Clickfunnels.
Here are other page builders you can check out if you can look at if Clickfunnels is too much of a budget for you:
Builderall
Groove Funnels
Kartra
WordPress
Getresponse
Systeme.io
These tools all have subscriptions, but they also have trial periods.
Whatever you choose to use, just make sure to model mine following the instructions here and the 8-steps To Affiliate Marketing Mastery Guide Book.
Click here if you want to know what other tools you’ll need for affiliate marketing!
I hope this sheds some light on the highest converting strategy for lead opt-ins!
If you want more information, make sure you’re subscribed for more content like this in the future.

What is Affiliate Marketing, And Is It Simple To Do?
Tumblr media
Affiliate marketing as a concept is simple. Doing it is another beast.
The concept of affiliate marketing is literally promoting someone else’s product and collecting commissions from sales. You just drive traffic to a custom link and hopefully end up with sales.
There are 2 types of products in affiliate marketing: Physical products and Digital Products.
Physical products include any tangible goods such as electronics, furniture, gardening tools, and even home appliances.
Digital products are products that exist in a digital format, such as eBooks, computer software, internet hosting, and e-learning courses.
Tumblr media
Physical products commission rates are usually low and go up to 15-20% on the high spectrum. That’s because there’s a lot more work and money involved with producing them. From production costs to storage and shipping fees.
Digital products on the other hand tend to have higher commission rates of up to 80% and some product sellers may even go up to 90%. The rates are higher because digital products are created once and can be duplicated on a massive scale with little to no production time after the final product is created.
That doesn’t discount the fact that both can’t be marketed together. A good marketer utilizes both physical as well as digital products by finding goods that complement each other, such as notebooks and pens going with digital courses for consumers to take physical notes.
Tumblr media
Now herein lies the complicated part.
If you’re good with marketing psychology and copywriting, affiliate marketing can be a goldmine, no matter what product you’re promoting. If those skills aren’t in your belt, that’s okay because you can acquire them. It’ll just take a little longer to get a sale.
Affiliate marketing is a business in itself. As a business owner, you’ll be wearing several hats.
You’re a researcher, marketer, salesman, and accountant. You’ll need to be able to collect data, use the data, and market a product with the data.
If you have conversions or sales, you’ll need to study how you got those conversions and sales so that you can recreate the results. You need to test your copywriting and timing to see when is the best time to reach out to your audience. Solve their pains, build trust, and find new strategies to implement into your business.
Now after getting some sales, you’ll need to balance your own books, and if you did everything right, you’ll be profiting.
“Sure, now I know what affiliate marketing is, but why should I do it?
There are many reasons why you should try it out, and one of the reasons is that it can free up your schedule in the long run.
Read more about the benefits of proper affiliate marketing here.
Affiliate marketing is such a broad term that you really have to narrow down the path that works best for you. You’ll definitely need some guidance if you’re a beginner.
I hope to see you on the other side, Sam
