If historical narrative is ultimately patched together and fabricated, then here is a nation’s history, his life as a patchwork tapestry.

The twisting serpents are entangled ouroboroses: they either grant immortality to the nation, or condemn the nation’s history to eternal recurrence.

Lastly, thank you to all of the amazing people who contributed to this MONSTER of a love letter to Hetalia. 364 pages of content is no small feat, you guys are great.

I was thinking of having our next project support a different community than we served in our first event. I was thinking perhaps a charity zine for the Asian community and Asian characters. Would you all be interested in a charity zine focused on Asian characters?

A fandom veteran of 11 years, Jo specializes in making art and writing headcanons about England. Other characters that have been close to their heart over the years are America, Canada, India, China, Scotland, Russia, and South Italy. Hello all! 2024 is the 10 year anniversary of the serialization of Hetalia World Stars! (I can’t believe it either). So I had the idea of organizing a free anthology to celebrate!!! Please fill out the interest check below, it’s only 1 question so it’ll take no time at all. If I get a positive enough response I’ll work out a schedule. Ideally you would have quite a while to complete an artwork or fan fiction because the 10 year anniversary isn’t until next year, but I wanted to start this sooner rather than later. DM me either through tumblr @bougietalia, instagram (softjabroni) or discord (avalon#5472) after filling out the interest check form. I'll set up a discord server so that I can coordinate the project together with all participants.

I'd love to have as many artists (and maybe writers) as possible to participate. Ideally, there would be good, diverse representation of nations participating in this World Cup, though many of them don't have official Hetalia characters -- so OCs are very much encouraged.

I'm hoping the zine could be released a couple of weeks ahead of the start of the World Cup (November 20, 2022).
