While browsing around the Chichicastenango market I couldn't help but capturing some life moment without asking for permission. I know I shouldn't (probably) but those are more spontaneous and challenging at the same time. It has to be fast and I am not always ready, let alone good. But I have taken about 500 shots. So probably one or two came out ok. Like this one which is probably not so good technically but it's my favorite anyway. This kid was following my camera with his eyes as his mum would walk away. Today I want to celebrate my birthday by sharing another post of one of my favourite elements of mother nature, one of the jungle secular trees. It stands solid and unflappable, thanks to his solid roots, well clasped to the soil and yet creating a beautiful pattern on the grounds making the scenery more beautiful and appealing. The branches and leaves are instead flexible free to swing at the rhythm of the winds and bend, in order not to break.
