this year has been a challenge. i've struggled with my beliefs, sorting fake friendships from genuine, my body image & self-esteem, and moments of complete and utter loneliness. i've made mistakes and have suffered greatly because of my lack of responsibility and motivation to take control of the direction of my journey. my life changed exponentially the moment i decided to stop allowing negative energy into my life. whatever it is that keeps you going - exercise, meditation, travel, etc - ask yourself what makes you happy and keep doing that until the petty gossip, unnecessary drama, and small minded people are blips on your radar. & when someone engages you in hateful speech, save your two cents for a greater cause. forget about what people are going to think. take a break from the monotonous dating pool. learn to love being alone as much as in the company of others. focus so intently on doing you, and the right people - the people who motivate you and inspire you to be a better version of yourself - will find their way to you. ✌️
