Per-Dev Journal (Feb 1)
Today we learned about the Kinetic Molecular Theory in General Chemistry and the various statements that describe the theory,  wherein the KMT is describes gas as a large number of submicroscopic particles  where they are quickly, constantly , and in random motion (thank you for your invaluable help Google because God knows I don’t remember much about this day since apart from this it was pretty uneventful).

Per-Dev Journal (Jan 31)
Nothing much to report today except for the fact we had one of our first ever “Bring-your-whiteboard-to-school-because-were-gonna-do-an-activity” day in Basic Calculus and like the responsible student I am I forgot to bring one, thankfully folders with loose plastic covers works wonders and is basically the poor mans whiteboard, so with a pretty drained marker and a makeshift whiteboard I tried to answer as much derivatives as my mind could hold and surprisingly getting a good score (can’t really remember much so I’ll just pretend that I actually got a good score).

Per-Dev Journal (Jan 28)
Now back to school works, another one of our groups in Per-Dev made their report today on the topic of the brain. The topics they presented this time was about the 2 systems the brain which are beautifully named system 1 and system 2, yeah I know very creative but they explained it in a very easy-to-understand way in which system 1, much like its naming in a number sense, usually comes first, quick, and basically instinct. system 2 however is the complete opposite in which it takes quite a while to process because you use your analytical sense here, which is why it is 2 because if it were system 1 it just wouldn’t make sense.

Ok since I usually do these whenever I feel like it, I usually forget whatever happened on the days that I write about, so I mostly rely on whatever I took a picture of that day to have a remembrance on what Important things happened. Lo and behold, this is the only pic that managed to reach my gallery on this day, and for the life of me I cannot remember the context behind this picture but I look pretty happy so life is good.

Per-Dev Journal (Jan 25)
Another group in our Per-Dev class presented their report today about the corpus callosum, they related our report from last time in a way that includes the split brain theory as well as the fact that there are hemispheres of the brain that are responsible for our certain thought processes. aside from that I just went home after to play some more games, yeah I know very productive and thoughtful of me but whatever.

Per-Dev (Jan 24)
Today starts another part of my lifelong collection of hardships because we got another research subject, but not only that, its in Filipino, one of the subjects I’m horrible at, although on the bright side, its practically identical to the procedures of our original research subject so it shouldn’t be that hard, right?

Per-Dev Journal (Jan 22)
We had a group reporting about brain dominance theory, the specific topic given to our group was Brain lateralization, as well as the split brain theory with the experiment conducted by Robert Sperry on patients with epilepsy, in which the experiment proved that certain parts of the brain are responsible for certain aspects to our thinking.

Class. Class. Class. nothing but more lessons and more ideas to cram into this brain o’ mine, albeit boring I find it quite interesting to see how much more I can learn, and how much more suffering I can take whenever I try to process the information reaching my brain, and I’m not even a masochist. anyways, that’s about it, I enjoyed drowning myself in my games after the day to try and lessen the load on my mind.

Per-Dev Journal (Jan 18)
The beginning (of the end) for me because we’ve just started learning about derivatives in our basic calculus class, I was able to barely understand the lessons due to one of my best friends (former classmate) needing help with derivatives even when we hadn’t tackled it yet in our class, so I had to do a bit of research in order to understand them, and in turn got some valuable knowledge that we would tackle only weeks after so I almost instantly forgot but meh, that’s life.

Per-Dev Journal (January 17)
Since there seems to be a pattern of games being one of the only parts of my day that makes it mildly interesting and worthwhile to share, I recently decided to get back into an old game I had called Osu! in where you click circles. yes. you heard me right. the goal is to click circles to the beat of whatever song I’m playing and try to get the highest score possible while maintaining a good accuracy, of course there’s more to the game with the almost limitless choices in designs so that you don’t get bored playing the same game over and over again.

Another round of classes later and nothing important to note really, though one of the few things I found interesting and fun to watch today was my two friends competing with each other in a rhythm game called Cytus II, in which they tried to get a better score and accuracy than the other, but other than that, my life is uneventful as ever.

Per-Dev Journal (January 10)
Ok for the life of me I can't remember anything significant happening on this day since I usually just do these whenever I find a good time to just think and be able to write what I want without me treating it as a hassle or a kind of obligation that I have to do because right then and there motivation dies. Because as the saying goes "Treat a job as a hobby and you will never have to spend a day doing something you don't like"

Nothing particularly interesting happened today so I can't really mention anything as well as recall anything good that could have happened, but in non related school things one of my best friends recently got me into this game called DFO which is a 2d side scrolling MMORPG that we decided to play together and we even managed to recruit some of our other friends >:D

Per-Dev Journal (January 8)
Ok today was a good day, even better than yesterday when I actually understood a lesson in a while, but no, this wasn’t because of any lesson now that I just recently understood, nor was it good because class suddenly got suspended (because it didn’t), it wasn’t even my fantasy of my crush talking to me, no, it wasn’t that chief. But simply because my food for recess was nothing other than boiled quail eggs, yes, you heard me right, those little eggs, but of course for those who don’t know me that well they wouldn’t get why I was so excited that these were my food today, because trivia, I absolutely love eggs especially if its boiled, and to be honest, the best part is peeling the shell off because I love cracking the shell of the eggs in the plastic where I keep them, but aside from that nothing else, were you expecting something else? No? Good.

Per-Dev Journal (January 7)
Today was a good day because for once in my life I actually understood a lesson, it was in our Pag-Pag subject and the topic was Narrative text, now being quite a literature fan myself I was very interested in the topic even though I didn’t really excel in our mother tongue, but I understood what the elements of narrative text were, as well as the different types of narration that you can do, but apart from that nothing else really happened much, but this was very satisfying to me because it felt like I could relate to the topic now.

Per-Dev Journal (January 3)
Now with the resting and settling down out of the way it was high time for us to continue studying and keep learning, because the tests that every student dreads is slowly coming closer which was the mid terms, but of course before worrying about that, the lessons in front of us are more important, especially with another subject most students dread which is research is slowly adapting us to the new type of research (Qualitative) that we are yet to experience, but aside from those to remember, its just another day at the school for me.
