I’m really upset with how they’re going about the whole thing. At first I thought the dress code was cool, but on top of everything else, it’s a little ridiculous. And I’m upset for all the people under 21 who were dying to go, who sold stuff to afford a ticket, etc., who now can’t go. They could have done this so much better

idk what I expected the immersive masquerade production to be but a 6 week long engagement with a dress code and $200 tickets was... not it

I know, the fact that prices start at $195 is actually insane. I knew I likely wasn’t going to be able to afford to go, but that’s basically just sealed it. I’ve got too much going on this year 😔

I’m also miffed about the 21+ requirement, because I have a few friends with younger siblings who were intending to go and now can’t. I understand not wanting children there, but I think 18+ would have been fine. Just feel bad for the older teens/young adults who were looking forward to this and who are now barred from going.

don’t mind me, just going to sit here and wallow over the fact that the prices for Masquerade have completely blocked me from being able to go

I remember thinking Josh was too young to be cast as the Phantom, and then I saw this and was like...oh. It's a well-loved video despite the fact that there are constantly heads in the way, and the final lair kiss is one of the tenderest and most loved and you will YELL at the SCREEN. Also, KELLY: a Christine of ALL TIME.
