This week, we wrapped up a tasty project in Northern Ireland called Belfeast, which brought people together over the issue of food poverty during the month of February. Local residents and foodbank volunteers were joined by refugees and asylum seekers, to devise an international menu for 100 people, on a budget and with minimum food wastage. Great work by our team in Belfast! http://ift.tt/2lHCTcr

In 2016, the ICRC vaccinated or treated about 1.1 million heads of livestock to help communities in South Sudan rebuild their livelihoods. About 3.4 million people have been forced from their homes since fighting began in December 2013. Families are barely surviving without food, shelter or clean water.
