It gets better- by your doing
It gets better, trust me. It gets better cause you're tolerance is lower for bs, you've been there and learned.. and you're smart enough not to put up with shit anymore. You want it? You take it. You need it? You earn it. You're drained cause of it? Cut it out of your life. Nothings worth anything you have to offer unless you're benefitting. If you're not moving forward in life, if you can't sleep soundly at night, and if you can't turn and walk away despite how the other person or situation will feel/result... look away and walk. We're all grown and those who don't act that way need to be taught that lesson by you. You are your happiness and you're the deciding factor in that. That's what being an adult is. This is what life is.

At some point in your childhood, you and your friends went outside to play together for the last time and nobody knew it.

Is my job even real?
I work for my city's parks department and we legitimately have important duties and other task that are a real gear in the mechanism that this city is driven on... we handle forestry calls and private and public events, so on so forth... today my boss and I grabbed trash cans and played bumper chairs using the trash cans for front impact absorbers.. This is my job... I get paid for this...

If they only knew..
So I work for my city's parks department and one of my jobs includes manning the told booth to collect the fee for admissions into the park, in state being $3 out of state being $5. The one loophole that no 1 has ever realize with me is that if you let me pet your dog when you pull up to the booth I'm a 125% never gonna charge you and I wish more people knew this because I get excited when I see all these cute little puppers and doggos drive-in with their people and they don't get a pat and I don't get to pat... and it makes me sad.

This though
Stephen King’s IT is a boggart from Harry Potter. He becomes what ever you fear the most and the only way to get rid of him is to stop being afraid. The whole movie is just a bunch of muggles trying to get rid of a boggart without using magic.
