What do you think the process of carving Cedar was like for Pinocchio?

Do you think he looked at himself in the mirror between his work with local arborists and wondered if he’d found enough humanity to help someone else find it?

Do you think he has hundreds and hundreds of pages of designs for her? Or did she come out so fully formed that there’s just one full sketch of her? Do you think he agonized over making her perfect as possible and Geppetto had to remind him that imperfection is what makes humanity? That contradictorily, it makes perfection?

I want his thinks while he carves his daughter please 🤲

Pinocchio is gripped by a feeling he can't shake.

He agonizes about it.

And then, eventually, he does something about it.
