The Road Ahead | Solo
Kadyn had never really entertained the idea of leaving Covaire, he didn’t think it was an option. He hadn’t thought about what it would be liked to leave or to live outside Covaire as he had devoted himself to Ben and as far as he knew, the older wolf was loyal to the city. End of story.
Or was it?
Ben hadn’t given Kadyn much notice, he hadn’t given him any. He’d packed a few things, and Kadyn hadn’t even noticed. Ignorant as ever he carried on rather blissfully ignorant to the thoughts twirling around Ben’s head, and it was only when the wolf asked him to pack that he really paid attention. There were questions like where are we going, what are we doing, it was when Ben didn’t answer right away that Kadyn came out with the big question. “When are we coming back.”
The sad thing was, when he found out they weren’t coming back, he couldn’t think of a single person he needed to say goodbye too. That ached more than he could ever imagine. He’d been in the city years, and he had lost the people he cared about. He knew Ben would tell Leopold, and Baelfire would find out, he knew there would be some way to let Bryce know, but there wasn’t anyone else he considered friends, or close.
His main concern was that he would forget Lex if there wasn’t all those places to remember him by, but the more he thought about it, the more he realised it didn’t matter. Ben has come around the world and when it came to those he’s lost or left behind, the old wolf forgot nothing, so Kadyn knew he would never forget Lex. He wouldn’t forget Covaire either, or the people he’d met there, not a single one.
When the moment came, when Ben said his farewell, Kadyn looked back and saw a place that helped him grown, and while there was a swirl in his stomach, overwhelming emotion making him feel just a little bit sick.. when he looked back at the road ahead, it turned to butterflies of excitement. Then he looked to the wolf at his side, and he smiled “Where to now, Alpha?”
: : : OOC : : :
So that’s it. It’s been about 4 years, and I’ve loved this boy, he has been my baby. I can’t stand the thought of not writing him anymore but it’s time. He’s grown so much in Covaire since he first came, and this seems like the next natural step. He needs to experience the world and become the best wolf he can be, and you never know, he might get a little more human- though i doubt that will ever happen with Kadyn. He’s way too much wolf.
Basically, this has been a hard decision and I will miss writing him with all of you, I’ve loved every thread and storyline and exploring such an innocent and ignorant wolf like Kadyn and you’ve made that journey amazing. I’m sorry it has to come to an end but i feel that theres no growing left for him to do in Covaire.
Don’t be sad (i totally am), be happy for him!
Love you guys!

I mean you’re a wolf so it only makes sense. Israel joked, smiling at the larger wolf and his joke. Biting his lip, he tilted his head, hazel eyes narrowing playfully. That’s just what I want them to think. It’s the small, quiet ones you’ve gotta look out for. We’re unassuming.
Realizing that he was losing the other wolf, he ran a hand through his hair and bit his lip. That would be a television stereotype. He explained, smiling at the other wolf’s innocence. He couldn’t really be made at the other. My dad’s family was from Germany so maybe that’s where the dark hair came from. Not sure. Genes are weird.
Yeah. Like a Tundra wolf. He replied, smiling brightly. With a really thick coat? I don’t really have a thick coat. Not like that at least. Must be nice when it gets cold. I just have… really long legs… and really big paws… that I sometimes trip over.
“What’s unassuming?” he asked and cocked a brow at the prisoner. WIshing he understood more words so he didn’t get as confused all the time. He shrugged and then snorted when the other wolf said his dad was from Germany “Aren’t they bad people? Erm... Nazi Gemany?” he shrugged “You keep talking about all these places and things, and in case you haven’t noticed yet... i don’t get many references. You may as well be talking to a wall. You’re just lucky I now know that genes are inside you and not just things you wear. Or you’d be completely screwed.” he said, and smiled.
“I have big paws too, I’m big and black, but pretty much still a pup.” he admitted and smiled “I was once in Leo.... The Warden’s house, and he has a slippery floor and I tripped over too, a lot.” he laughed.

Deacon nodded, “Yeah, I guess there is.” He new that there was compulsion. Every now and then he wondered if someone had ever compelled him. It was possible. He didn’t take vervain or do anything to his blood to change it’s taste. He smiled over at Kadyn, “I don’t want someone taking my memories away. They’re all I have sometimes–” Deacon grinned, “Thanks man.” He didn’t take it wrong, he just accepted it the way that the wolf meant it. The civilian figured that Kadyn didn’t really like humans. Sometimes Deacon didn’t really like them either. Or at least hunters.
“They make us. you take them away, you change.” He’d seen that first hand, and it had heartbroken him. Kadyn had never felt such pain before or since his lover chose to forget him. He was just glad Ben was there.
“You’re welcome. And no, I don’t say that too many humans, so take it as a compliment.” he shrugged “Your kind and mine just... I was taught we don’t mix well, kind of found it’s true, except for people like you. You I like, we should hang out. Do you like playing fetch?”

Martie nodded in understanding and smiled softly in response. “Something tells me Ben can’t hold a grudge long with you.” Then again she hadn’t really dealt with Ben when he was mad, she couldn’t imagine what he was like. “Oh usually I head off to VIP to dance and hang out and find potential clients.”
“Feels like a long time, and he knows it.” kadyn said with a small whine. He didn’t like dry spells. He liked to rub his clients scent all over him. “VIP is a little too noisy for me, but I suppose we could go to a quieter bar, and one that doesn’t require me to have money. And one that serves water, I’m not a fan of alcohol.”

Theus’ smiles grows, and reaches his eyes—
“ — I did! She played with me for a while, before pegging me until I was begging for her to stop before I blacked out.
“ — Partying isn’t for everyone. What do you mean - an Arena? You mean like a gladiators arena? I danced with other dancers from Desires to entertain the crowd downtown, but took the day off on the last day to enjoy the festival too.
“Pegging? I don’t think I’ve been pegged by a woman. I prefer a real cock between my cheeks.” he said and smiled to the other escort.
“I don’t know what that is, but they pit everyone against each other, send in weapons or supplies for favourites.” Kadyn shrugged “Baelfire saved me from drowning in the flood for the last one.” he tried to explain and sighed “It was... like a culling. To weed out the weak.”

Prometheus meets up with the werewolf, and grins—
“ — I did. She had me busy, not a he. It was a lot of fun. How have you been Kadyn— did you enjoy the festival?
“She.. sorry.” he smiled and nodded “I bet you had fun, you’re smiling.” The wolf smirked and shook his head at the question “Not my thing, I had dinner with Ben but then came home. Not a fan of crowds and noise.” he admitted and sighed “But it’s better than them deciding to throw us in another Arena, so I won’t complain.”
Kadyn shrugged “But what about you, did you enjoy it?”

Kadyn was half way down the bock for his usual jog when he spotted the vampire. It wasn’t uncommon to see vampires in the West side, but still, the scent surprised him for a moment until he placed it as the escort.
“Just finished a rental?” he asked and smiled, giving a small wave “It looks like he’s had you busy.”
Theus comes out of the werewolf client’s house after a fun day with her— he’s pulling his shirt back on, as he’s walking toward the street. He spots someone looking at him, and smiles when he recognises the escort.
“ — Good evening Kadyn.

Crossing his arms across his chest, the wolf let out a long sigh. Yeah, well, probably a lot less trouble than me. I’ve got a nose for it. He laughed with a smirk, rows of sharp teeth grinning back at Kadyn. After a moment he began laughing, his body quivering. You look like you’re all bark no bite. No offense. He snickered as if that was the funniest joke he had heard in decades. Like a teddy bear. He mused softly as he quieted his laughter, which, resembled something of a silent hyena. Mad and uncontrolled. The wide grin stayed plastered on his face, however, the look in his eyes sang a different tune. He was scared. No, he was more than scared. He was terrified. Of what one could only guess.
Yeah, that’s it exactly. At the mention of the pyramids, he scrunched his nose. He had not been fond of Egypt. It was too hot for his taste. He preferred the cooler parts of the globe with much less sand. It’s complicated, forget it. He laughed, shaking his head. Denmark is near the top part of Europe and- The slender wolf paused, for a moment he wasn’t sure how to take the other’s words. Was that an insult? Ignoring the slight dig in his words, Israel clenched his jaw, dark blue eyes flicking away from the other. Well, I guess you can say that. I’ve never done one of those DNA kit tests. Kind of pointless in my opinion all things considered. For your information, I’m over six feet tall. And I have some muscle you just can’t see it under my clothing. I mean I’m not ripped but that just means I have less to slow me down. He shook his head playfully, trying to contain the smile spilling over his face. Let me guess you’re one of those really big fluffy ones, yeah?
“None taken, mostly got a bad temper that gets me in trouble sometimes.” he said and shrugged “But I can bite.” he said and smirked a little. “Okay, now that’s just being mean! You’re the teddy bear if you ask me. You don’t look like much.” he said and shrugged.
The wolf started talking about Denmark and Europe and completely lost Kadyn, he wasn’t full of knowledge and geography was probably a very bad subject for the young wolf. He noticed the small pause and frowned a little. He hadn’t meant to be offensive, but Kadyn usually just called it as he saw it and never meant to hurt the prisoners feelings. “I didn’t mean that you didn’t have muscle, just.. I imagine them all fair haired and large shouldered.” he said and shrugged “But i’ve only seen them on tv.” he admitted.
“Fluffy ones?” he asked, head cocking to the side a bit like a confused puppy.

Deacon smiled at Kadyn. He couldn’t help it. He liked the guy. There was this weird kinda child-like quality to the dude that the human liked. In a city where it seemed like everyone was lying about something or trying to fuck someone else over the wolf in front of him seemed on the outside of all that shit. “Makes sense to me man. Why worry about shit that hasn’t happened yet?”
He smiled at the wolf, “We always remember the people that mean a lot to us. Good and bad. Even if we don’t want to. Just kinda happens.” Deacon shrugged. “You’re a pretty cool dude, Kadyn.”
“Exactly.” he smiled, and nodded to the human. With Kadyn, what you saw was what you got, he rarely lied because he didn’t see the point in it, if he did, it was to protect Ben.
“Not always, there’s compulsion for that if you don’t want to remember.” he would never take that option, and he’d been burnt by it in the past, but it was still an option to some. “I know.” he smiled “You too.. for a human!”

Martie laughed softly and shook her head. “I’ve never wanted to get in serious trouble, I like to behave. I meant more along the lines of fun.” She explained with a shrug, raising an eyebrow at his words. “Can I ask why you’re in trouble?”
Kadyn could do with some fun, but he didn’t want to cross that line. When she asked why he was in trouble, he just sighed “Got in to a scrape last full moon, Ben hasn’t forgiven me, but I know he will, because I won’t do it again.” he said and shrugged “What do you do for fun?”

Not My Thing |Event:Ostara
Kadyn heard about the festival, and instinct made him worry, there were so many pit falls for someone like him. Ben had already discussed it all with him, explained what a festival was and all the different things going on while it was happening, and he’d even given him permission to sleep with people if he went to the East side, with stipulations of course, but Kadyn wasn’t comfortable, didn’t think he’d like it, fucking people in public when he was clearly claimed. It wasn’t him, and neither was music and dancing, he didn’t like the loudness, and couldn’t dance to save his life even if he enjoyed a bit of a boogie at home.
Then there was the fighting, he may not of been a coward, but he didn’t see the need to fight unless he had to, so that wasn’t for him, which is why he ended up staying around the West side, the smell of food was great, and there was music, but it wasn’t loud or intrusive. He got a burger, even sat with Ben for a while before the old wolf headed off to enjoy the event, agreeing to meet him at home later.
But Kadyn was strangely on edge, through the smell of food, he could smell and see Quint, and he knew Ben’s rules were absolute now, he couldn’t break them. He stayed at the edge, by their home, before deciding that he’d rather sit the rest of this out, be safe at home and away from all the trouble it could cause. He’d been in a lot of hot water lately and he wasn’t going to risk it.
He knew he wouldn’t be able to control his temper if Quint got close, and he couldn’t go and just watch Ben, wondering if he’d be in the East, watching him fuck people, that wasn’t his idea of fun. None of this was. Have a hunt, and he’d of been in his element, running through the tree’s, even if he was sniffing out chocolate Easter Eggs. But this was human fun to him, feasts he could handle, but he didn’t want to make his client stay with him when he could be out there enjoying himself, so he went home, turned up the tv and stripped down to his briefs, laying on the couch to chill out with a movie marathon, hoping it would pass the time till Ben came home.

“…I’m really starting to wonder what Benedict sees in you…Pretty face, yeah…Nice ass, sure…Does he let you talk, or does he put a muzzle on you?”l Seth sighed and pointed to his head, “Only as sane as one can be I suppose. Oh well, I’d rather not pick at your obviously fresh wound. Just so you know, I haven’t lied once during this conversation. Again, I think you have a personal problem with me, one that I do not know the cause of. I would suggest looking within yourself and figuring it out. Rather than trying to take it out on me. You seem so stuck on something it’s causing you to step out of line. You proved that when you broke my stuff”.
“Would you like me to retell our first meeting? You moaned about being disturbed. I said I came in to see what the store was, mentioned it smelled funny, you got pissed off, told me i needed money and nothing was free. Sure there was some mention of the old stuff and scents, but that only seemed to make you more angry for some reason. Even though you’re the one with an antiques store, but again, you’re the one that got agitated and pissed off, i reacted because you were being a dick, called you a stupid human, knocked something over and left. Simple!” he explained, pretty much telling the whole story “You started it, you got all frustrated, made me frustrated.” he said and smiled “But for the record, he only muzzles me when he’s in the mood for some role-play.” he got off the bench and walked away. “When your memory becomes clearer, we can talk again, until then, avoid me, and I’ll avoid you.”

“That’s it open up… I’m going to breed you good. I know how much that ass of yours has missed my cock.” He growled, smashing his boy against the wall as he continued to ram into him furiously.
Kadyn grinned as Ben fell right back in to their old habits and he moaned at the feel of that cock pushing through his muscles and he squeezed them tight, rocking his hips and trying to feel that cock move even deeper. “Love your cock, so hungry for it!” he hummed and growled a little “Fuck! So good!”

seth-abrams:
“I think I was justified in getting upset. Everything in that shop costs more than your entire life. You may think you have free reign over my shop, but you don’t. In fact, there are only three people who have free control over it, and that’s me, the Alpha, and the King”. Seth was still sour about the whole ordeal. He hated losing merchandise, and he absolutely hated it when people broke his shit. “You were throwing a temper tantrum like a child. I didn’t start anything, wolf. I have reason to be an asshole, and my main reason is because you destroyed my property. And look at that, we’re back to the start of this cycle”.
“I love how you clearly remember this differently.” He actually laughed “Justified? No, you weren’t. If I broke something, or even touched it, maybe, but you got angry and rude before i said anything, except not having money, which clearly upset you.” he replied, knowing it was true. “So if anything, you threw the temper tantrum, and I mirrored it.” he shrugged “But I hear humans have issues with memory and sanity, so I guess it’s understandable.” he sighed “So if you’re not going to remember this correctly, you can walk away now. I really can’t be bothered with liars, I’ve had enough of them.”

Ben put his arm around his wolf’s neck, holding his jaw and neck with the other hand, kissing him possessively. The guard would’ve preferred to shower and continue to bed, but there was no way in hell he could do that now.
He lifted his boy up and rammed his cock into him, grunting loudly.
Kadyn kissed back, he wasn’t intending to make anything out of this, but when his Alpha kissed him back, he couldn’t help but feel his cock twitch and before he knew it Ben was lifting him, ramming his cock through those tight muscles and he whined “Fuck! So good!” And this was so much better than the last 14 days.

Ben kissed his boy’s forehead and held him close. He wanted to chuckle at how counterproductive rubbing on him was while showering was, but Kadyn wouldn’t really understand… but he didn’t. “No more of that now…”
Kadyn was glad when Ben said no more, he wanted to forget it, he just needed to feel and smell the other wolf, he wanted to stink of him again and he let out a long breath. “Thanks.” he smiled and leaned up to kiss the other wolf, he wasn’t nervous even though he did wonder if it was too soon. Kadyn just didn’t want this punishment to longer so he kissed Ben and hoped they’d move past it, to where they were before the full moon, happy to be each others home.
