Session: 5/16/18
The party faced an avatar of Entropy along with several powerful slodd. To deal with this, Bryndi called Yelron and Njal also joined the fray. Ultimately the party was successful! However, the avatar of Entropy totally erased Vassa, and threatened to erase Callemshan. However, in the aftermath discussion, several things were brought to light.
First, Yelron informed the party that Zelnoa Rageleaf has an alliance with the fae queens of Dawn and Day, and she may be trying to unite the material plane with the faewyld as a method of saving it from Entropy. We did find out that Rageleaf was not aware of Day and Dawn’s plan to try and kidnap Ori on the day of her wedding.
From Njal, we learned that Carolous was at Dain’s mountain/kingdom and wanted to bring it under his rule, and that Njal’s party was in the middle of that negotiation.
The party also met a shadar kan named Elam, who seems to be something very much like an Eladrin, but from the shadowfel. The shadar kan are serving Shar and are able to protect her holdings the same way an Eladrin inside a mythal can.

Session: 5/9/18
The party entered the cave where they believed the Mammon cultists were taking their victims. They used a teleportation circle they discovered which dropped them into the cave, where elite soldiers from Danbrath were present. They were part of Zelnoa Rageleaf’s forces. Bryndi charmed the halfling dog-rider/officer and the party took him captive after slaying the rest of the soldiers. After checking their insignia, the party determined that these soldiers were a mish-mash, and it didn’t make sense that they’d be together here.
By charming and cajoling the charmed dog-rider, the party learned that these soldiers were actually slod who have taken on the form of soldiers. The dog-rider said that there were two spells on them. One is a spell that prevents them from turning back into slod when they are killed, and another that prevents them from being seen as slod with true sight.
Bryndi gathered all the rest of the insignias and the dog-rider’s personal effects and papers. The slod was tied up so that the party could retrieve their captive later and use him (as well as one of the corpses) as evidence.
The party descended to the second level after killing a lot of slod, where they killed even more slod and stopped a few rituals where cultists were desecrating the bodies of kidnapped civilians. However, the party was too late to stop the larger ritual at work, which summoned an avatar of Entropy. They now have to face him, as well as several other very strong slod.

Shrines to Berronar
Founded and empowered by Bryndi. These shrines are located at:
Inarlith
South of Teziir along the Dragon Coast
North of Mulmaster, near the Moonsea
Lapaliiya near the Tracks (paid for by Sune)
Amn (paid for by Rennet)
A holy order has gathered here to tend to the shrines, which act as self-sustaining refugee centers. This order has come to be called the Hearthkeepers. The shrines are large facilities with a large hearth dominating the center point of the structures, where refugees and devotees can gather. In addition there are kitchens, clinics, and areas to sleep and rest. The various shrines are working on becoming self-sufficient via farming and beer-brewing.
What is special about these locations is that they are empowered by Berronar, and any bread baked at the central hearths have special properties. One slice of a loaf can act as a full day’s rations and a loaf lasts far longer than a normal loaf would. However, a loaf being carried by soldiers to a battlefield immediately spoil.

Cutting Words
Bryndi is a bossy village girl so her favored insults are:
For melee: “Drop that (weapon) right now young man/lady, before you hurt yourself!”
For spellcasting: “Didn’t anyone teach you that you should close your mouth and be thought a fool rather than open it and leave no doubt?” “Hush now, you’re liable to hurt yourself!”
General: “Your mother would be ashamed!” “Maybe you should learn to tie your shoes before you try that!” “Were you raised by wolves?”

Threads in the Weave

A baker in Sharmid studies his sword. Perhaps he should return to his duty in this dark time. But he can't. Now he has a new charge: a child rescued by a dragonborn.
Threads in the Weave
A freed slave hopes to push herself beyond her limits. She faces down pirates alone.
A smuggler speaks quietly with his crew. The allure of their profession no longer calls to them. They have realized a higher purpose.
A elven mother finally found her son, a halfborn she was too afraid to love. But he is in a grave honored by Sharyans.
A girl, broken and bitter, murders in the night. No one will ever betray her again.
Threads in the Weave
A Mulhorandi soldier sits quietly in a cell, and prays for his family. Ilmater, eager to use his newfound strength, hears him.
A young girl in red must keep her head down. There is treachery all about. She used to have her brother to lean on, but now she has nothing but her own cold heart.
A young soldier wants only to live up to the good name of his father. But as armies close in on his city, what hope does he have with such novice troops at his command? He survives assassins thanks to a surprise warning.
A dwarven investigator cries out as his arm is lost to darkness. The rift lake boils.
Threads in the Weave Guided by Needles
She is called the Chosen One. Sitting upon her new throne, she greets a pair of allies, one dressed as a Hyena, the other a Lion.
He is called the Chosen One. He will rule alone, without distraction. The coast will bend a knee, and the world will be his.
Her hair as radiant as the sun, she kneels before a grave and offers a cornucopia before swallowing guilt. A royal of the purple house stands behind her and whispers, "We both have done things because we must." The other replies: "Never have I felt so human."
Guided by Needles
In darkness, this one waits. She plays at a game she never wanted, but vengeance will be absolute. She will save what she hates. Behind her is the only one who understands her rage. He holds his carved out eye in a hand, with bodies at his feet.
He stands as a shield against chaos with blood in his mouth. Beside him are the sons of dragons. He will die before he yields to any evil.
A girl so tall she looks like a stork bounds up and down a trail, watching her companions drive a cart. She smiles as brightly as she can, but never means it. "Do you think the person Mother Winter said you'd help me meet is with these people?"
Held in a hand that shakes. Four fabrics tangle, but she weaves and weaves. Her hand will never still, not until the summer day. In day or in night.

Bryndi heard a story of the bug creatures called the Kreen, form the deserts to the north-east. They are generally known not to get along with Mulhorand, they have a queen, but not much is known about their culture. They are known to be defensive. One of the Kreen fought for the rebels in Esshus, under Ludd’s group. He called himself The Judge.
