Sabre: Oh you flatter me...but I'm sure the flowers do most of the lifting -he scratches his chin bashfully with a little smile- This was quite the fun experience, not something I'd typically wear but a pleasant change regardless.

Iris: The flowers are pretty but you wear them well, you can be such a pretty boy, you know that? -they smile wide- Sabre: -Gives a small chuckle as his cheeks turn red- I... Appreciate the compliment. Unlike a certain somebody, who's a little too concerned about what fabrics cover his body, it's nice to try a different styles from time to time.

Welp I did it 🎉 Been chipping away at this silly thing in the background. Even after all these years I'm still incredibly captivated by Homestuck's art style, theres just something about it that's so charming. So along with my own style for my trollsona fantroll I tried my hand at emulating the sprite and talksprite style for some fun practice. I also ended up drafting a little bit of lore just for the funsies of it all~ Nothing too incredibly deep but just a little something something to keep my brain entertained.

Lore In a place far beyond Canon exists a little troll living on a seemingly empty planet. For all of Kosmik's life they have been alone, aside form the company of their Lusus. Their planet desolate, worn down, and forgotten. The signs of other troll lifeforms is rather rare and unknown to this troll. Kosmik travels where they can, collecting whatever catches their interest along the way. They value lore most of all, spending hours learning about troll culture and civilization, often pondering what their planet would have been like. While they reside mostly in isolation they manage to interact with some form of an off world through online interactions. The online space allowing them to socialize and seek knowledge of troll history to fill their curiosity and imagination. They spend most of their time drawing and sleeping as a form of creative escapism, their dreams so vivid its as if they are exploring foreign worlds. Kosmik has a fascination with purple blood troll culture, often finding their behavior and personalities humorous while also admiring their brute strength. Although, as much as they admire them they have learned to stay their distance, as they woefully realize that the colors on the Grand Highblood's throne was not an appreciation for the arts, but a war cry. One thing in their findings that has confused and intimidated Kosmik is the subject of the Hemospectrum and its impact on troll culture. Kosmic themselves would stand outside of the Hemospectrum as their blood is a combination of what appears to be 3 main colors of Pink, Gold, and Teal [PGT] blending to create a rainbow-like effect. While this would be an indication that Kosmik is a mutant they have found snippets of evidence that they are not the only troll to have had that blood type. Discovering a journal entry mentioning the existence of multi-colored blooded trolls known as Neochrome Bloods. While Kosmik has barely any knowledge of their own troll culture or the so called Neochromatic Trolls, they hope they can encounter more trolls of their own blood kind, but considering the culling nature of troll culture they don't have high hopes. For now Kosmik wanders around the liminal spaces of their planet and dream world. Experiencing troll and even human society from the background taking inspiration from whatever interest them, and continuing to admire the silly purple clown trolls from afar.

Can I just say something honestly and very seriously to all you writers?

With the Internet going down the "nothing adult, no death, no nothing. Make it kid friendly" route,

Please don't ever stop making art or writing wips that are gruesome, horror, other things like that. Don't let the Internet sanitize how you wanna tell a story. Channel your rage into your art and keep going and don't give up

#If Stephen King can be one of the best selling authors to the point of inspiring major films with his gruesome fucked stories #You can have your horror your macabre your dark edgy stories or elements to a story #If 50 Shades of Gray could get so incredibly popular over being kinky Twilight fanfiction you can make your writing spicy - sexual and lewd #Not saying treat your personal projects like a marketable product #more so to say that people have found success writing the words we are afraid to put down over some sort of judgment or sense of shame #And if they found that success that means their work resonated with a lot of people and if such works resonated with people #Is it really that taboo to write? Is it really that bad that it warrants omission from your passion projects?#Write what you want to write #Write what inspires you #Even if it is edgy or cringe or dark or horny or pure self indulgent write for you first and foremost rather than an audience #Its not your job to cater to everyones sensibilities its the audience responsibility to not engage with something they find upsetting #Or just don’t like the content #You will never know how your story might resonate with someone unless you tell it #don’t let people pleasing or moral grandstanding stop you from expressing yourself and your ideas

#What can I say? I'm a person of simple pleasures and I have a type ok? I couldn't just leave the gang incomplete so I had to draw the bear! x3

Bears are one of my favorite things ever so I couldn't help to represent that 💖 I actually really love Bark so this was quite the delight to get to draw as pride month wraps up. Besides the Bear pride flag I got Pansexual Demi Romantic vibes from him so that's what I settled on headcanon wise.

I was actually just about done wrapping up my pride requests as the month comes to an end, but as a lover of obscure Archie characters this request resonated with me 💖 I love me a visor wearing fellow and I actually remember him from the comics, shame his story was much short lived.
