Build inspired by an early concept art for The Sims 4. This traditional Luisiana plantation manor looks like a dream home for any sim, with its lush garden, sunny gazebo and welcoming fountain. Interior is rich, ecletic and perhaps a little quirky, but definitely that's the only odd thing about this house. Definitely nothing weird is going on in the attic. The living room bookcase is definitely just a bookcase and not a hidden door and it most definitely doesn't lead to anything nefarious hidden in the basement! Fun for the whole family! This recently renovated flat at Pinecrest Apartments no. 404 is an ideal living space for a small family. There are two separate children rooms and a large open space area for kitchen and living. Master bedroom is included, however due to lack of space only one side of bed can be used. But hey, as long as you can enjoy living in the prestiguous Conifer Station you can make some sacrifices - like divorcing your spouse for example. Lykke Arts Center has been build on the site of Windenburg's old city hall. The original historic XVI century tower still exists and has been incorporated to the shape of the building. This modern arts center is a fantastic place to spend a family day out - with its library, kids play area, art and music hall and crafting section, everyone will find something to do!
