HOW WELL CAN HERMITS COOK???

(not very well)

Tango and Zed make BARELY edible food, like it has whole vegetables and way too much seasoning in it but it’s kinda food?

Skizz can cook very well…but only VERY specific foods everything else burns Pancakes? The best you've ever tasted, Waffles? Burnt

Impulse knows how to make soup and only soup

Scar is an average cook but has a habit of putting non edible items into food (SCAR dont put PAINT into eggs…)

X can make all the hermits favorites :]

Gem makes homemade EVERYTHING (this means if the crops don’t grow in time she steals food)

I hate to inform you but… mumbo can’t cook for shit (he starves)

Cleo can make those really fancy bento boxes that people make for dogs (aka all raw meat… which is not really cooking…)

Wels makes some cartoony medieval food like those huge chunks of meat or very soft bread

Joel cooks pretty basic food but he has no idea what's he's doing and couldn’t explain how a microwave works (his spaghetti goes pretty hard)

I love to inform you that Etho can’t cook for shit (WELL he can make sandwiches BUT that doesn’t count!)

With Pearl there is about a 50% chance she will set the kitchen on fire, and a 50% chance she will make an absolute masterpiece

Cub can cook but… it is some alien type food (Cub people are not going to eat your SKULK pancakes…)scar no…

Ren is honestly… just a bad cook like he SUCKS (haha starve)

Doc knows how to make really good food like he could explain Maillard’s reaction but… can’t actually cook himself 

No one knows if Joe can cook or even NEEDS to eat, however he just gives off the vibes he could cook if he wanted to

Bdubs makes wilderness food, he is actively skinning a salmon on a log roasting it over a open fire

Jev has trouble cooking mainly because anything too salty will cause him to burn, and his slime sticks to EVERYTHING (our takeout king)

Hypno cooks like a bachelor, im talking pretty mid steaks, potatoes, and meal preps

Keralis will PAMPER you will the most well made culturally diverse food that will leave you in tears

False would slightly burn every food she makes even if you don’t need to cook it (False… how did you burn a SALAD)

xB would just order Factor or Hello Fresh and maybe even change it (he does get the same three meals every time tho) 

Grian is surprising the one that cooks like a grandma, So much roasts, pasta with thick sauces, weird vegetables meals, etc 

So in conclusion half of them starve and the other half just eat the same exact things (the monthly potlucks are always a gamble)

Sooo I made an Imp & Skizz villain au which I have TO MANY thoughts about so this is the basics of it :]

Impulse: Impulse would be the villain DoubleCheck! He originally wanted to be a hero but when the hero association fired skizz and tried to kill him, he became a villain with skizz (so they can be together but also the thought of going against his best bud sounded sickening)

Power: Sonic charge. He is able to create strong sonic charges that come off looking yellow. It’s hard to just do singular charges so he has adapted technology that makes yellow circle panels that he can play like drums (if that makes sense) to send off smaller, but more focused and easier to use/summon charges. 

Skizz: Skizz would be the villain Admire! Skizz and impulse wanted to be hero’s together but when Skizz refused to kill a villain the Hero’s association fired him and tried to kill him for “knowing too much”.

Power: Sixth sense. Skizz has this weird sixth sense where he can see/sense things before they happen. He can also see things in different rooms or places he is not in if he is close enough. He fights with a scorpion tail weapon. 

They have motifs of angles and devils

Imp and skizz day job would be radio hosts 

The Hero’s association actually almost killed skizz but he was saved by Tango and Etho

They would be part of a bigger group (team TIES) but they are best known for there duo 

They have the most morals as villains

They are the most respected villains (by other villains)

Impulse obviously has a insomnia and a caffeine addiction 

Skizz obviously has trouble telling people his feelings

I love when fanfics make hermits criminals or dangerous people. like what do you mean washed up Etho is the deadliest spy?? Or teddy bear Skizz could mess you up??? And edge lord X is an all powerful entity????

Ok imma need you to here me out on this one... Marceline's songs are so skizzpulse to me and I need more people to understand. Like "Monster" is so Impulse to Skizz core, if you don't understand please go listen to it. And "Slow dance" is the most old couple song and fit the SO well :')
