The guy who runs the store only had three necklaces in recent stock (Jeff's, Matt's, and the original Hardy Boyz Necklace) and was very hesitant on putting them out for sale due to how frickin fast they'd sell. I actually wanted all three necklaces but the price was way too steep, so Jeff Hardy it is. 😁

Well, my thoughts on the 4 way ladder match. First off, it was pretty fun to watch, especially when Jeff somehow triggered a rope ladder. But I still didn't get what I yearned for at the end. But there might be a good reason for that.

During one of Jeff's recent interviews, I remember him bringing up whether he might fight CM Punk again if he returns to WWE, with him as a babyface and Jeff as a heel (which ngl, I wanna see that play out). Maybe they're saving it for that? Honestly, who knows. But I'll admit, even with my disappointment, I'm still stoked for that Hardyz VS Dudleys match at Bound for Glory. That's gonna be one for the record books for sure. 😊

So let's talk about what happened last night at TNA. And bear with me folks, cause this is a long one.

So, the Hardyz are apparently considering retirement, because we (the fans) deserve the greatest, and if they're not the greatest, then they're basically nothing. Leon Slater comes out to lift their spirits up, and First Class come out exclaiming that the Hardyz are washed up and have no business being in the ring. They begin to battle with ladders, everybody else (nemeths and the rascals) come out, and a big battle commences to serve as a preview for this sunday at Slamiversary.

Now this might just be me, but why do I feel like something else is at play here? Something isn't adding up. The Hardyz have mentioned having all these plans and lasting two-three more years before hanging up the boots for good. And now, all of a sudden, they're considering retirement?

Now let's bring something up that I've been talking about for months now; the Hardyz and Heel Turns.

Ever since they've lost the tag titles to the Nemeths, their winning streak has been so-so. You win some, you lose some. But they seem to be struggling a little more than usual as of late, especially Jeff. It just has me thinking, if the Hardyz don't reclaim the tag titles on sunday... what if that's their breaking point? What if this is just a swerve to get us all talking, and instead of retirement, they'll finally turn Heel, or in this case, have Jeff turn heel? Now I know what you're thinking... Lefty, that can't possibly make any sense! It'll just happen out of nowhere like it did back in 2010! Well, let me bring something up.

You remember back in AEW when Jeff was shooting those tweets mentioning how the wrestlers on collision were punks and that they were the greatest tag team and couldn't be beat, when in normality, he would never say something like that due to him being a beloved babyface? Remember in the Dynamite episodes where he appeared distant and closed off? Well, if you play close attention in recent TNA episodes, it seems to be happening again. They'll be very brief moments where he doesn't appear all chipper, only to snap out of it and act like he always has (interaction with fans with smiles and touching hands). It's just very hard to see, at least surface wise. Well, and aside from the fact that Jeff basically admitted straight up that he was trying to be a heel in AEW (it just didn't come into fruition thanks to Sammy Guevara's reckless actions resulting in a broken nose and causing him to be out of action for months), there seems to be hints speckled around that a heel turn might be in the foreseeable future. For instance, if you look on his Instagram, there's a recent reel that shows him showcasing the AntiChrist look, cigarette and all (or vape as shown in the video), and on a more personal note, when I met up with the Hardyz last week at Fanboy Expo, Jeff straight up told me that he still has the list of ideas I've given him last year on November at Wrestlecade, which definitely surprised me (I had figured he had forgotten about it)- the first bullet on the list was to turn heel, and another bullet was to have a Brother VS Brother feud with Matt and Jeff in said roles. It gets me thinking, why would he bring that up directly, unless if he was secretly hinting towards something big?

So, my main point is, what if this is something that has been building up for months, and that us fans haven't taken notice of it... until now? What if Jeff turns heel on Slammiversary? Or on the episode after Slammiversary, or in this case, turns on his own brother out of sheer frustration, and a brother vs brother feud commences? We might be in for something big, guys...

Or it could also mean that I'm a very delusional fan who isn't making any sense, just wants a Heel Jeff Hardy back for the better part of a year now and is just way over her head. That is always a possibility. 😂

So... I know I've been pretty quiet on here as of lately, but that's just because I've got college preparations and work to juggle with. Anyway, got a cool update.

I'll be seeing the Hardy Boyz (yes, for the third time in a row this year) tomorrow in Knoxville, TN. So if any of you wanna spot me out, I'll be in a Hardy Boyz tshirt, maroon glasses, and have blue highlights in my hair. Maybe we can connect and have some fun together. 😁

Also, on a more serious note, heard about Jeff and his third year of sobriety. That's awesome for him! I know that can't be easy and I'm very happy for him that he's in a healthier space. ❤️

Maybe it's just because I'm just attracted to men with long hair. Who knows? 😂

So I know I've been very quiet about MTME on here as of late. In fact, I've been quiet on here in general, but that's only because I've been very busy for the past few months. I've just finished my first semester of community college, and got a new position at my job. So yeah, it's been a bit hectic outside. But I haven't abandoned this place, the fic, and you guys. This might just be a "me" thing, but we really need some more Jeff Hardy themed "character X character" ship fics for the modern time like we had in the good ol' fanfic.net days. "Hardy X Reader" fics are awesome too, don't get me wrong, but "character X character" is where the creativity really shines through imo... ✨️
