Both of these phrases are used by Melone, so it's possible he's from Tuscany, which might be why (I think) he's the only one to use these phrases.

* I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer on some of these, so lmk if anything needs correcting! Please know there's also regional differences, and apparently the dub throws things that border on-- or are-- nonsensical.
