Fogo de Chao was opened in Brazil in 1979. Fogo is a Brazilian steak house.  “Fogo de Chao” means “ground fire”. The restaurant uses a traditional  gaúcho method(roasting meats over an open fire)
First off, the valet did not open my door, which was really unprofessional. Coming in, the host was inexperienced and not paying attention. She was leaning against the wall instead of standing up straight at the hostess stand. In her defense, it was later in the evening, like 8:30. Still- Do your job and do it right!
The food made up for everything I complained about above! Great food! Waiters bring out the whole slab of steak, I want to say steak on a stick, more like sizzling filets on a metal meat hanger. They would slice it and with the pincher utensils given, pull it off the slab and put on your plate. I ate so many different meats, and different meat preparations. Every time a new type of meat came, the next was better than the one prior. My favorite meat I had was the lamb. I got the lamb medium-rare of corse. It came with a green sauce that tasted tangy to me. I liked the lamb dipped in Mediterranean yogurt located at the salad bar. Another type of lamb came out(pic.3) but tasted completely different. This lamb tasted like it was prepared in Lemmon pepper. As sides, they brought out mashed potatoes and fried, caramelized bananas! I loved the bananas. I went back to the salad bar and put some things on my plate(last pic) - sweet potatoes, small, whole potatoes(almost like a potato salad) (some of the  potatoes were purple as u can see on my fork in the picture), some Zucchini, and a tomato with mozzarella cheese on top, coated in pepper. I did not drink alcohol this occasion. I had a water. No complaints of the food except the mashed potatoes were cold and the waitress could have been better.
There was a big Christmas tree that I was faced. The people next to me was a Spanish couple. Again - the gentlemen smelt amazing when he passed me to go to the salad bar. They both had beautiful accents. They were getting turnt on wine - I could tell for sure. The waitress was not my favorite. She was new, one of the managers told me so. She did not look at me in my face enough - which comes off rude.
The dress code is business casual at Fogo. So I wore a longer white dress with spaghetti straps, beige, strap heels, my Luis Vuitton bag, and Calvin Klein white and silver scarf. I straightened my hair and did my makeup real nice with a cut crease with lashes and rhinestones where my eyes begun on each side of my nose. No lipstick because I knew I was going to eat good!
Again, the valet did not open my door when I left the restaurant. 8 out of 10.

I went to the Reunion Tower located in downtown Dallas. Dallas is known for its high concentration of restaurants and shopping centers. The reunion tower is the cities 15th largest building. It is 50 stories in the air and allows you to see up to 32 miles out. The view of Dallas is beautiful. Word’s cannot describe.
I got 2 plates of different things. I got pork belly, which was good but was not my favorite. I wanted to taste the meat better instead of the harsh pepper taste. Obviously by my picture, you can see I really liked the lamb. I got it medium rare. It came with mushrooms, onions, parsley, and a sweet, almost barbecue tasting sauce. It was very good and tender. As a side, I got some roasted Brussels sprouts. They were my favorite out of everything. Very good. For a beverage, I ordered a glass of Szigeti -Bland de Blancs Brut. Nice and not too sweet. I had a mixed drink after a couple glasses of champagne. I ordered a Hello Kitty(orange drink next to the lamb). It was so good. It was very spicy, but sweet too. I ordered another after and left the table and sat at the bar, appreciating Dallas’ beauty. Some guy came and sat next to me. He was a DJ. Pretty cool dude. Smelt good. I finished off with a baked Alaska  that I hated and left it there with one bite out of it.
I dressed to impress! So I went with my strappy, tickle pink, latex dress with my sequence boots. I hung my pink Burberry scarf around my neck. It was a very cold night I went, so I topped it off with a black Burberry jacket to match the scarf. I wore my Burberry wallet purse. I put my hair up so the jacket wouldn't knot up my hair extensions. I looked cute. I promise.
I loved how the floors moved. The building turns 360 degrees. I tried to stand outside, but the cold wind was too much. In all, great experience! 10 out of 10!
