“I’ll kill him,” She growled under her breath. The Rowdys were a nuisance, an annoyance at best. And that really only applied to Boomer-! Her threat wasn’t unfounded though. They mixed like oil and water. Brick gave her a headache any time the two were in a 50 mile radius of eachother, but Butch was another hassle altogether. She couldn’t decide who was worse. “Ugh,” She groaned running a hand through her hair, “I think I’m still riled up from when he text me. Don’t worry about him, the next time I see him I’ll give him a piece of my mind.”

“Killing is still illegal and wrong. Just cause he’d probably do it, doesn’t mean you have stoop to his level,” Bonna attempted to calm their sister. While, of all people, the Rowdy’s were one of the closest to being the most deserving to be illegally harmed, no one deserved to be killed. Bonna could barely tolerate anything physically violent, though there was some satisfaction in some of Barter’s physical arguments with them.  “Oh? He texted you too,” they raised a brow. “That was a mistake. He’s lucky you have a character limit. But I’m sure you’re working on that long, strongly worded letter…”

“You probably have the most friends out of the three of us.” Which, from Blossom’s point of view, probably wasn’t that far from the truth. Bonna was always the most approachable of the three. Her expression shifted to one of disgust-she couldn’t help that it was a reflex at any mention of the Rowdys. Especially Butch, considering their last interaction. “Poorly?” Her tone went sharp just like her eyes did, “Did he harass you??”

"I wouldn’t say that’s true...” Bonna pouted. Maybe it was true, but they’d never admit it. “You two have the same friendship potential as me.” That part was true. They believed everyone had the same friendship potential, but it just depended on how picky both sides were... “Oh, you know how it goes with him,” they sighed out of frustration. “I might have accidentally texted him. And I couldn’t just let him have the last word! And.. Well... Yeah.”

“Well it’s a pleasure to meet you, Kori!” they giggled. “I’m Bonnabell, but you are more then welcome to shorten in anyway you see fit.” They always enjoyed to see the nicknames people came up with. “So you come here often?”

bonna couldn’t help but laugh at the girl. “i’d say so, yes,” they smiled at her while the two bounced up and down on their respective ponies. “though most friends know each others name first.”

“this is an activity of bonding shared between two friends, yes?” kori looked up at the other with a dazzling grin, as if just begging them to agree.

“Parking-” Flora jolted, giving the other a wide eyed look. Her expression quickly changed to one that was more sympathetic, “Are they overworking you again? I know shifts can be demanding and that the hospital is understaffed 24/7 but still…” She pursed her lips, knowing exactly how it was. “How about this. I’ll come pick you up for the rest week? When your shift is over, I can drive you to my house or yours, that way you don’t have to fall asleep in parking lots anymore.” 

“Nooooo,” Bonna whined as they dramatically threw their head back. They were still a little tired from their last shift, but that was mainly cause they didn’t get a chance to grab their sweet tea or some other sugary drink. “I’m fine,” they reassured. “It’s just for naps. Like when I get there early. Or have some time before I need to be home. It’s rarely overnight.” That was only a partial lie. They slept in their backseat more than they’d like to admit. “To be fair, with enough blankets and plushies, it basically like my bed.”

“And that’s commendable in it’s own ways,” Blossom smiled reaching out and giving Bonna’s hand a gentle pat. “There’s justice in picking the nonviolent solution.” Though she wasn’t sure if she should be the one saying that at all considering she’s been in her own fair share of fights. Certainly not as many as Barter, but Blossom’s only ever fought back when the situation really pushed her for it. She wasn’t one to spill blood without a good reason. “You’re one of the bravest people I know, Bonna and it’s not because you fight with your fists.”

“I just wanna make friends, y’know?” Bonna smiled as their sister patted their head. This conversation would be very different with Barter, they couldn’t help but think. They’d expect such comments to be laced with some sort of sarcasm, but with Blossom, they knew she meant every word. Or at least she was just really good at making it sound like she did. “It gets you pretty far. Unless the person is just stubborn or mean. Like the Rowdys. Ugh. I accidentally texted Butch the other day. It ended poorly.”
